Always great customer service received when I come here and the "Issa wrap" on the food menu is a must try!

I went here for lunch Friday around 4:30pm w/ my partner. The food was ok. The service is slow. The bartender Misha was cursing a-lot and very forgetful. She also didn't move with urgency. She complained about the POS system. The cook and guest kept yelling Mishas name. The manager or cook did not assist her in running food when she was busy! The fries were hard and over cooked; or had bad grease.I asked for my cat fish app as soon as i sat down since misha said it was happy hour food speaking; and yet it came out 30mins later after i reminded her 3 times. My pasta entree came 1st. Smh.I my drink request was a Malibu light ice & a splash of pineapple. It took 15mins and it taste just like juice so I didn't order anything drink. Waters were never brought to us and I had to ask for silverware and sauce. Theres no dressing on the salmon sandwich btw; even though the menu said otherwise. Then it was $2 more on the bill then it said on the website!The Parmesan cream and pasta wasn't fresh. You literally see the parm cream in the mini kitchen/grill area sitting out in a container. It had a after taste. I wouldn't try it again. Theres $8 surcharge for steak when it's very little in the dish. The bread was good though.They split the drinks and food bills to be separate. Then they say you must have a bill more than $25 or you'll have a fee. They automatically charge 20% gratuity. My food bill was $59 & drinks $20. I was told there's a rewards program/punch card but I was never given the card!We spoke to the manager about updates and upgrades & the error on our bill. The website is impeccable with amazing quality but it doesn't match the actual experience. They also have no drink menu... in time I guess

Food and service was good. I definitely recommend coming on a Saturday not Too crowded and musicIs on point. I Loved our bartender as well her name was Janine

Stopped in for a quick couple of drinks and had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Also a really amazing bartender by the name of Chelsea. It was a really great vibe! I didn't get any food because I just came for drinks which is rare. However I read the reviews and everyone had good things to say about the food so I'll definitely be returning!

Good laid back atmosphere! If you like that old school down home blues vibe, this is the place! Today they have DJ Motherf$&ker! He jamming out too! I haven't tried the food yet. Maybe another day. When I do, you will know!

If you are looking for a strong drink and good music, look no further! Some friends and I stopped in for drinks after finding the reviews on yelp and we were not disappointed. The Chitarita is the house drink and it was great!!!! Then when we ordered food, it was perfect. We had a good seat so we could see the chef cooking and he was using fresh ingredients. He took a lot of care in the preparation of the food and my broccoli and cheese was excellent!Go here if you're looking for a good time, good music, and cool people. We had just missed their anniversary party and I'm sure it was fun. This is a perfect neighborhood watering hole.

Why is there 20% Gratuity?I guess they're making sure u tip huh?Probably won't be back , greed is what killsBlacks Businesses..

Chelsea is the best bartender ever!!! The drinks are always good and affordable. The food is good too!

YOULL BE BETTER OFF TAKING YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER BAR.20% gratuity with horrible service!!! The waiter took forever to take our food order. The DJ had to call the waiter over to our table via mic. When she took the food order she informed us we have to go to the bar our self to get drinks, YES EVEN THE WATER THATS suppose to come with OUR FOOD. The bar table was full so we had to wait again just to order a drink. We were dinning in on a Monday night 10/29/2024 so it was not a busy night. I feel they were more concerned with door dash orders than the ppl dining in.We had two separate bills one for the food and one for the drinks. The owner of the bar was clearly buzzing and enjoying herself not even concerned about the guest waiting a hour for food. We sat in front her , so she clearly could see we were sitting for a hour at a empty table. I ordered a loaded potato but it was soupy like terrible. I spent $84 on two drinks and loaded potato and chicken wrap that bill was 59 including 20% gratuity. Then i had another bill that was $25 from the bar with another 20% gratuity. This service was the worst ever. I promised you will be better off going to another bar at least the service will better for what you pay.

Great customer service I stopped in for a drink and food after running around all day for work me and the bartender Jayda had great conversation and she made me a green tea with patron repo this place remind you of a neighborhood cheers you can tell all the people coming in were regulars and seemed like a small family I will most definitely be back to try more food and drinks and be apart of the neighborhood vibes plus the playlist is fire I'm a sucker for a place with good food, drinks anddddd music lol count me in
