I ordered from China House late at night, as it was the only place open, and decided to try it for the first time. They serve halal food, which is a plus. The place is small, with only a few booths for dining in, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot.I ordered the Singapore noodles, but they were just okay--nothing exceptional. They didn't stand out as particularly memorable. However, the service was great. I placed my order right before closing, and they were kind enough to wait for me to pick up my food, which I really appreciated.Parking is convenient, right in front of the restaurant. Overall, it's a solid option for late-night cravings, though the food could use some improvement.

Love this little restaurant! We have been ordering food from here for 6+ years and the food never disappoints. They have all the typical American Chinese food options. We always have takeout when we get their food. Portion sizes are great and pricing is also great.

Delicious food. Love that they offer halal food. Service is causal and friendly. They have a few booths in the restaurant for dine in. Would definitely visit again.

The food was pretty good and not expensive, but the restaurant was not air conditioned and they served our dinner with little flimsy plastic forks and a thin paper napkin. They didn't have any tables (only booths) so if you require a table or dislike booths you're out of luck. They must be short on space too because they use the dining area to store their restaurant supplies. The server was a tough nut to crack. Sometimes a customer can only be overly nice for so long before realizing the waitress isn't going to warm up and be pleasant, smile or show any hint of friendliness. I know people have personal issues that may hinder their ability to project a pleasant welcoming persona but if the food isn't absolutely delicious, and the people running the place aren't particularly thrilling to be around, a customer is likely to find someplace else to have dinner.I had fried rice and steamed dumplings. The food was perfectly okay, in fact the fried rice was wonderful, and there was nothing to complain about. Fortunately for me they had Coke products but they only had bottles. I like a glass with ice. I would go back if there wasn't a dozen other options within two blocks. It could be such a better place just by hiring a server who projects a welcoming personality and some charm.

My kids wanted to have Americanized Chinese for lunch and dragged me to china house. As it was lunch time, there were numerous items available on the lunch special.We went with the following items from the lunch special:Chicken fried riceKung Pao chickenChicken lo meinPepper steakGeneral Tso chickenChicken SzechuanThey loved their dishes. They were just smacking away with the General Tso, kung pao. The lo mein was very good too and so were the rice. The serving size seemed small but it was sufficient and appetizing. I had the pepper steak and it was good. While I prefer authentic Sichuan style Chinese, every now and then I give in to my children's craving for Americanized style Chinese.This restaurant also caters halal meat, so for those with a more strict diet/ religious restriction, inquire within.

Great food, became our new carry out Chinese place when our previous one closed for renovations.

Food is great, service is quick and fast. Ambience is super cute and cozy; booth seats and very nice. Love the beef broccoli and the crab rangoons. The lo mein is delicious too

The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The pieces of ingredients were large enough to taste individually. Service was fast. Prices are very reasonable.

Looked good but I had chew an chew an chew than spit it out. Not right to have to chew veggies that long before they can be swallowed . I shall try another place in a week or two an hoping it shall be the right one for me an within a decent place to drive to.

The food was okay, but the gal was as rude as can be. I picked up my food. I told her I had ordered it on the phone. I told her what I ordered the almond boneless chicken that does not come with almonds or scallions. She called me about 15 minutes later asking when I was going to arrive to pick up my food, I told her I just picked it up and she hung hangs upI called her back and asked her why she's so rude. She could not say anything just hung up the phone, she said " it's in my nature" I told her better change your nature and be a little bit more hospitable. You are working with the public.
