This is my go-to for almond chicken and for sweet and sour chicken. They are always prompt weather eating in or takeout. Great food.

Alright. Since I've moved to Taylor I've been looking for a consistently good Chinese place. I'm still looking. This one was average at best to me. Only thing I can say I loved was the egg rolls. They are made old school style(WITH BEANSPROUTS INSTEAD OF DARN CABBAGE) I ordered Almond chicken for me and Sweet and Sour for my husband. The gravy for the Almond Chicken was a NO for me. I did not care for that at all. I'm not use to almond chicken gravy being darker than me for one and the flavor was just off to me. Glad I asked for it on the side. I ended up buying my own sweet n sour sauce for my chicken. My husband said his Sweet n Sour was average as well. So this will be a one and done visit. The restaurant was clean, staff were nice.

Let's start by saying nice atmosphere when walking in to lobby to pick up carry out , the portion size was very large which was a plus got a quart of chicken chop suey and added shrimp and mushroom , also ordered quart of shrimp fried rice and 2 egg rolls , the chop suey was good and plentiful it just lacked flavor but the sprouts in it were crunchy like I like and not soggy , just the right amount of juice in it not drowned like some places do ,just like I said though not enough flavor , the shrimp fried rice you get a tonin that order packed full of shrimp and the container is overflowing , the egg rolls are pretty good but the hot mustard for the egg rolls is phenomenal ....the cashier was the sweetest lady and I appreciated her kindness ....now where I knocked off a star is price , while you get plenty of food it was almost $40 for that $37.99 to be exact I was floored I didn't expect that I was figuring more around $25-$28 for it since I added shrimp . Overall I would order her again but be mindful of the prices but at least I know for next time myself .....recommend trying if your near and hankering for some Chinese food

Ordered last night, August 16th. No. 21 and no. 22 for the family.Always have left overs of course, which is great. But today, after plating left overs to reheat in the microwave, found metal shavings in the food! More than one. Been ordering here for years... come on, now.

I've dined in and got carry-out from there and I'm not very impressed. We got Almond Chicken last time and it was really tough and chewy like maybe it was still frozen when they dropped it in the fryer or something. I miss Lims in Dearborn.

Well I am more of a Japanese food guy than Chinese food. I really I am picky when it comes to Chinese food. This place I swear has only one waitress God bless her heart. She works very hard not just to make you feel at ease , but to make sure your food is ready. It's a little divey but it stays clean. I am used to the chicken and broccoli. But I am also fond of the Singapore noodles which I think makes me comeback to this place. Enjoy it with some won tong soup and some green tea. These two dishes don't tend to fill you up quick so the tea will just relax you as you enjoy. That's is all. Chief After good Taco have a good tobacco.

Good food very satisfying and delicious and very easy place an order there quick service

This review is my 2nd for china bowl. Their food is amazing. I have never had a problem with my food experience or customer service while ordering over the phone. Yesterday I got in my car and said I want to EAT.I enter and there is 1 family eating which isn't unusual because I have been there 4 or 5 times previously and there is not a lot of sit in customers. I am seated order tea and soup. After that crickets the waitress looked at me once and never came back. Approximately 30 minutes later I gathered my things and decided to go pay for my bill. I was trying to be patient because I knew they must have had a lot of call in orders. I watched my waitress and another woman pick through pea pods. But I was hungry, confused and hangry. Once I got to the counter the waitress played deaf dumb and desolate as if that's all she thought I wanted and I asked her why would she give me a menu. Her response was do you want take out. Another younger woman said to give me my soup for free. I said no. But was only charged for my tea. I called today to order takeout because when we get a taste for something it remains on your mind. A woman answered and I heard another phone ringing and paused to see if I was going to be out on hold or not. The woman was most definitely the same woman from yesterday (rude tone and all), said do you want to order or not. I hung up and said don't engage because whatever is going on with this person has nothing to do with you but is going to cost this restaurant a dent in the pocket and reputation. Which is sad because their food is A++

Service sux food is good. I recommend take out , no bad service but all good food. The waitress was by herself, rushing, throwing plates, and snatching plates and talking with an attitude because she was by herself(understandable). Service was terrible though. I will never eat in their dinning room again what I will do is order take out from there.

Literally the worst chinese food i have ever had. Chicken was dry as fuck. Sauce was like thick and flavorless. Fried rice tasted like coffee. Genuine dog shit food. Will never come back.
