Charley's Deli & Grille

Picked up some take out here and had a pretty positive experience overallThis place is located in a very unassuming corner of the plaza. You'd really have to be looking for it to know it was there. Inside, there was plenty of space for seating, though it looked a little slower at noon on a weekday. I was able to pick up my meal without a problem, and the service was friendly and fast.The Reuben was good. Nothing that blows you away or I consider special, but a solid reuben. The french fries though! That was the surprise. The french fries were perfectly fried, perfectly crunchy, and perfectly soft inside. Honestly, you could come here just for the french fries and it wouldn't have been a wasted trip.This is a pleasant small business that's worth your attention. I'd be curious to come back here for breakfast or try something else on their menu.

I've been going to Charlie's for about 25 years now. The food has always been amazing for a quick bite at a local spot. They really do right by breakfast and lunch.The owner and his sons are always there working, it's a great atmosphere to be around. Don't sleep on the fatoush and hummus!

You should leave the order at the counter. Your number is called and you go to pick up your own food. Eating utensils were plastic and food is overpriced; my wife's order was incorrect, but once corrected and received, I must admit it was delicious. If you want to wait on food, have a thick wallet, and serve yourself, then this is your place. We will not return.

The food is good however...the last 2 times I picked up a carry out order I was forced to endure a political rant initiated out of the blue by the guy ringing me up. I suppose if it aligns with your opinion it wouldn't bother you but there are too many other places that have the same fare without the drama. I will not ever go back it was that nuts!

I stopped in about 930 am on Friday. It's in a semi crowded strip mall. The menu is posted on sign boards behind a large counter area. Everything looked clean, and there were several locals/regulars sitting and talking. The order taker was busy talking with some of her regulars, but was able to talk to me a little bit about the process. I was going to place an order but one of the managers/owners wanted to talk to her about credit card things. After a while I realized they were going to continue to ignore me so I left. Strongly advise against going here unless you're a regular

Possibly the best Reuben I've ever had. Meat is sliced really thin and Grilled Reubenvery flavorful. Rye was just right with Sauerkraut, cheese, and thousand island. Friendly service with a steady but not overly busy local crowd.

Very good deli food and the people working were great. I would stop back in anytime I'm hungry and in the area.

Very good food and reasonable prices! Definitely will return. I've been here twice now in a week. I would recommend trying this place to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to meet one of the sons of the owners. We became friends and he always talked about his family restaurant. I always wanted to try it and got to try it today. I went with the son and he said my food was in the house, which was very kind. The atmosphere is a nice family-owned and run deli/grille. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with fries. It took no time to come out and it was hot and fresh. The meat was good, the veggies were fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. One of the best sandwiches I've had. If you are ever in the area you have to check it out.

Charley was really crabby over the grill today. The old guy asked for help as me and 4 other customers entered at the same time. Charley yelled at the old guy "I don't care that you need help" (at least that is what I heard). Charley proceeded to be verbally angry with everything/everyone that was going on by the grill. This is not the same place I remember some 15 years ago. I hope the sandwich is still as good it as always was.
