Casper Burger & Escalope

Where are the employees, they ignore you. And the food wait is so long. Combined with Coco Lava. Fried food should not take this long. The restaurant space is big and clean. $15 burgers not worth the price.

Massive amounts of food- we definitely could have ordered less! But it was fun to try a few things. Everything was unique on the menu. I wish we ate there and not taking it to go - fries were a little soggy by the time we got home. The one falafel dish we got wasn't that great. Everything was pretty heavy so prepare yourself!

The menu looked amazing with all the awesome descriptions of the food and the mouthwatering pictures... Too bad we didn't get to try any of it. True story... After we got sat, never heard from or saw a server and continued to watch six or seven employees stand against a wall not working and just looking all around the busy restaurant like deer in headlights....don't know if it's because we were white and every patron and employee in there was Caldean or Albanian or whatever ...But that's how it went down ....won't go back

I was so excited to try the desert why does no one except it on the hot chocolate I hope they work more better than just serving in fancy plates ‍ Today I get one more and last visit at Casper but this time Coco lava And I try the desert it's not that good it's disappointment .It's just look delicious and they care more about the way they serve nice and fancy plate and utensils but the food is not that good it's not yummy and delicious for me the other old location Casper food is always the best and always they take long to come to you or to take the bill I give it a chance many times and it's all times I go the same thing But I still love the other location the burger we got steaks for the next day still the same taste so good !! With a new location not really the best test is not the same that's made me so sad I hope they get better

Value of the burger is really unbeatable. $8.50 for one burger that again is basically 6" wide. Food was halal and their burger combinations were unique. Burgers have fries inside but not on the side so that's a separate order. We also ordered the crazy fries (cheetos and avocado, wtf?) but those weren't anything special for my taste, so I would stick to the burgers.Dine in experience was pretty decent, not too busy for dine in on a Tuesday night around 5:30pm. Took about 20 min for us to get our food and it was warm. Tables were cleaned. Dine in space is kind of small, probably fits about max 20 people. One con I have as a person who loves spicy food, I did not see many options or any for a burger with jalapeños! Which is rare I feel like, and given the thicker bun I think they could go heavier on the sauce, which probably would have given it that extra "je ne sais quois" and made it a burger to write home about. Overall not a bad stop if you're in the area.

Ordered food for dinner Sunday night. We got the original casper burger and the secret burger with stuffed jalapeño peppers and small fries. We were very satisfied. We were shocked as how big the burger was. The burger sauce is definitely what makes the burger. Definitely enjoyed the peppers. We were only able to eat half the burger and had the rest for leftovers.

I was excited to try this place from the images and descriptions provided online. I called, was asked to hold, and like another reviewer mentioned, was eventually hung up on. No biggie. I called back. The girl who took my order was... not unkind... maybe just short, or in a hurry? The worst part was when I told her I wanted my burger medium. I was not asked how I wanted it to be cooked, I just told her. She was confused and said, "Um... our burgers are just one size." I held back my laughter, and politely explained that there must be a miscommunication and that I wanted my burger cooked medium, "in fact... make it medium rare."She said okay, repeated the order back to me, including the "cooked medium rare" part. All was good. And it looked fantastic, but alas... my burger was cooked well done. Final thoughts: The Casper sauce tastes like 1000 island dressing, for anyone who is wondering. The Casper fries were great! I thought the burger was just "okay". Don't get me wrong it was DEFINATELY HUGE! Possibly the biggest burger I've seen. But the taste was just okay. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more, if it was cooked as I requested? IDK Bottom line... food and service is 3 stars.But VALUE is 5 stars.

straight shit restaurant food is hella expensive for some shit ass food they take forever to bring it out and THEY MESS UP EVERY SINGLE ORDER. The restaurant looks isn't bad and also they have no paper towel and the soap is straight WATER.

if I could give a negative or zero I would. The quality of their food dropped more than Canada' temperature. i got their original burger and was the worst burger I've had in my entire life. we were calling them to place an order but they didn't pick up. I thought they would be busy with other customer but not they were on their personal phone talking. Now let's talk about the food, the food was so dry and unseasoned the only thing I was able to taste was the buns which they did not toast. The meat that came with the burger was burned and dry as the Sahara desert. there was barely any sauce on the burger. it was a horrible quality food I wouldn't recommend for anyone to eat from this place .
