After shopping here for cigars and finding everything I wanted was in stock, this, on one visit has definitely impressed me enough to become my go-to shop.I like the atmosphere and the location. The young lady who waited on me was friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find. The selection was a bit overwhelming for my novice self. There are so many brands of cigars to choose from, but I'll definitely enjoy going back, again and again until I have exhausted all of my desired selections and tried several others.The shop is conveniently located on Northwestern Highway, in close proximity to restaurants I frequent.I bought two of my favorite cigars and also tried a new one. The prices seemed to be lesser than what I've paid elsewhere.It would be fabulous if the seating area and the parking lot were a tad larger; since several usual suspects seem to gather here to smoke while they are purchasing their favorite sticks.

Hi, all you cigar smoking fans. As you can all see that the cigar lounges are popping up all over the place. So big so not so big and then all of these Vaps that it not what I talking about. I reluctantly visited the store after I said I would never come again. The store is conveniently in my neighbourhood. I decided to try once again!! The heavyset black guy that consistently sits behind the counter never gets up. He is never eager to assist. His is never pleasant; in fact is is down right rude!!! I can't imagine why the owner continues to allow him to work up front in his store. He would be better served having him open inventory in the back & tear down boxes!!!!I will never spend my money there again!!!

I visited this business Nov 30th at 5:30 PM which was 30 minutes before closing. I approached an employee that was behind the register and said, "I'm in town for the holidays. Do you have any specials or black Friday deals"? The employee responded with"we don't do deals ". I informed the employee what I usually spend on cigars and was directed towards items I was familiar with. I made my selections, returned to the register and was asked to see my identification. I handed the identification to him and wondered, at 67 years old, do I really look that young. Once my items were rung up I paid with a debit card and the employee bagged my items and gave them to me. I then pointed at the receipt from the sale (still on the printer), and asked, "is that my receipt?"The employee's response was "it's yours if you want it" and I proceeded to remove the receipt and exit.I will not be returning after receiving such poor customer service.

No posted prices??? Have to ask for price when you find something you are interested. They used to have price lists posted Not my kind a of store. Clerk was short on personality but I can live with that is shopping experience is good Have to try somewhere else

Bad customer service. After my purchase I passed the kiosk to register for the loyalty club. After registering, I asked if I could apply my $100 purchase that I just made. I as told no, I needed to request before completing purchase. I asked why he didn't ask me before my purchase and was told I needed to ask him. This is bad customer service with a bad attitude.There is zero cost for giving courteous service. Why be rude ?

They are getting one star because zero was not an option. I have been going to the Southfield, MI store for over 10 years. Today their new policy is to require a picture of my drivers licence to sell me cigars. Just seeing it was not enough. With all the identity theft today, I am extremely uncomfortable giving anyone a full copy of my drivers licence. I am 62 years old and obviously old enough to purchase tobacco products. I called customer service at the home office and was told it is company policy. The rep was very polite and "sent an email to have a corporate manager call me". Still waiting for their call.
