Our experience at this restaurant was highlighted by exemplary service and a classic ambiance that perfectly set the tone for a relaxed evening. The decor exudes a timeless charm, offering a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere.As for the food, each dish was well-presented, and overall, our options were decent. The real standout was the blackberry sangria, which was a delightful surprise--refreshing and flavorful. I'd highly recommend it.However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The fried calamari, while tasty, were quite small in portion size. Additionally, the pasta, unfortunately, missed the mark in terms of texture, lacking the perfect al dente bite we had hoped for.

Started our date night with a freezing cold restaurant (furnace was getting worked on) decided to stay anyway. Started w/ the calamari, it was slightly over cooked (dry) but the sauces were great w/ it so I gave it a B . The Veal Marsala was amazing A+Service was a C, waitress waited a while to come back and take order, wasn't very attentive to refilling drinks either.... Will give it another shot

We probably had not been here for 7-10 years. Had a gift card from a friend and used it today. Oh. My. Word!!! It was SO GOOD. We were seated immediately and our server was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Our drink orders came out immediately followed soon after by our dinner salads and our entrees. Everything was FRESH (GREAT CEASAR SALAD). The portions generous and my martini was only $9.99!!! Good luck finding that kind of price anywhere else in metro Detroit!!! We had two full dinners and two adult beverages and the total was $67. That's pretty good these days!! If you haven't been here in a while, try it again! We WILL be back!!!! Also bonus points for having the carb count on their menu. My husband is a new diabetic and was easily able to choose a dinner that was diabetic friendly. THANK YOU!!!!

Don't come here! Small portions, 12 dollars to add chicken to fettuccine, service was slow, and paper straws. I asked the waitress for plastic straws and she forgot and i reminded her again and then she brought paper straws. There was barely any sauce on my dish. Steak was tough. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!

I hated everything about this place from the service to the food... I ordered an ice water and the man spilt half of it on the table and the mash potatoes tasted worse then hospital food the parmesan cheese tasted like chalk and the sausage was like eating chewy rottenness we ordered chicken soup and out of three bowls two of them were freezing and one was burning hot also I found a chicken bone in the soup if you could even call it chicken...? When we walked in it was a ghost town and no wonder why I wouldn't even take my worst enemy to this place do better.

I love Carrabba's food but their service and reliability is awful. If you eat in the service is slow and if you take out they can't get the order right. If you call ahead for a table you still end up waiting in excess if 40 minutes. Turnover appears to be very high. It used to be my favorite restaurant but it's not worth the price or the headache.

1/9/2025 we went to Carrabas for dinner. After we ordered we asked about why it was so cold, THE HEAT WASN'T WORKING! WOW! Then we received our food before our appetizer. Okay, we were nice about it. Then my husband ordered the veal that came to the table uncooked it had white flour marks all over 2 of the 3 pieces. My eggplant parm was a hot mess but we didn't even complain about that. Between being frozen getting uncooked food and subpar service the experience was AWFUL!!! Our server definitely was not even on a B or C game. We have been here before but we will not be back again. The manager never came to the table after our food was sent back uncooked and then to top it off 2 of the guys on the line were eating food right off the line!!! EW!Do better Carrabas!!!

Not impressed with service. Appetizer, salad, no drinks, 1 brought out no word on the other. 1 ingredient (Drambuie) not available. Ordered beer, 1/2 way through the main course cancelled drink. Broccoli was over cooked and tasted as if it was cooked in water used to cook shrimp, Sent back. Mashed Potatoes were luke warm. Main course marginal. Told dinner mate, we should have went to Chick-Fil-A across street (never been). Wasn't in any way a impressive Valentines Evening out. No reason to return.

We had a family dinner here of 100 people, after a funeral. The staff was so incredibly caring and fast and worked hard with a smile! The food? It was delicious! We had steak and chicken piccata and it was incredible! Ambiance was perfect!! The drinks, appetizers, were wonderful ! I can't wait to return for a dinner here! I highly recommend the Novi location! We appreciated everything they did that day for us! Just awesome! and huge shout out to the manager Barbara and owner Laurie. They really VIP'd us!
