Cariera's Restaurant

I have to give this restaurant 5 stars because my family has been coming here for nearly 30 years. I realized that I hadn't reviewed this restaurant. We stopped in on a Tuesday night for my birthday dinner. Our server, Andres, was very nice and attentive. I ordered what I almost always get, Pollo rollantini. It is 2 chicken breasts filled with spinach and cheese, rolled, breaded, and fried. Served over angel hair pasta with garlic, mushrooms, and white wine. So delicious, definitely 2 meals out of 1 dish. My boyfriend got gnocchi with Bolognese (which was a sweet sauce), and he thought the gnocchi were good but would have maybe tried a different sauce. We got the sausage, peppers, and onions over eggplant for an appetizer (very tasty and a pretty good lower carb idea). I also got a gin and tonic (I just wish the carbonation was better). I took a tiramisu to go for later, since I was so stuffed. 3 servers came out with a cannoli with a candle in it and sang to me, that was very sweet.

One of my fav Italian restaurants. Always good with excellent service. Very fresh with many options.

I brought my girlfriend here for a late night dinner to celebrate her birthday. We have come a few times before and I have always enjoyed it. The restaurant is nice and very Italian if that is a thing. They have a nice size bar and the dining room isn't huge, but big enough to hold bigger tables. The staff is always so friendly and makes you feel welcome. We were seated right away and put in our drink order. Our waiter was great and friendly. We ordered the sausage with peppers and onions with eggplant for an appetizer. Highly recommend this appetizer cause it is very tasty. Enough for a few people. I ordered the gnocchi Bolognese and my girlfriend ordered the chicken rollotini. I thought the bolognese sauce was a little sweet, but still a very good sauce. The gnocchi themselves I really enjoyed. The chicken rollotini is a very big entree. And tastes great. The chicken is stuffed with cheese and spinach over a bed of white pasta. Highly recommend this dish. The bread they serve with the meal is also very good. Three servers did come out and sing happy birthday to my girlfriend which I thought was extremely kind of them. Gave us a cannoli as well, which again, didn't disappoint. Overall, Cariera's is a great restaurant with great servers.

I would not recommend for anyone to seat down at this restaurant because the service was very awful. The boss of the restaurant who has black hair was extremely rude. The reason is because when I ordered soap for me and my gf they were very cold. So the waitress told them to reheat it up and so the boss came in a rude attitude stating that the food is extremely hot and that we are bringing the food now since the soup was cold. Then when bringing the food to the table the boss decided to touch my napkin to try to put it on my lap like I was a child and didn't know how to have propped dinner manners when I was waiting for my food. Also, after this incident I can hear the boss discussing about the situation about what has happen at the my table with her staff. Which is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for the guest to seat in this restaurant. What kind of environment is this establishment for providing to it customers to be treated bad and looked down upon on?

This place was really nice!! I loved the decorations and the music..the service was a soid 4.6 out of 5.. when we asked for extra sauces they kept on adding additional money but other then that it was good when I got my food it wasn't for me but the cake was really good!!

Food came out cold service was terrible. Food tasted horrible aswell. Never eat here!

My husband and I have been going to Cariera's for awhile now. We have NEVER had a bad experience. Our food has always been perfect; cooked just right, hot and very tasty. The owner and the staff have ALWAYS been attentive and gracious. The 'crew' at Cariera's is engaging, attentive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I can't remember that last time I've been in an establishment that is so welcoming and ready to take care of you to make sure you enjoy your dining experience. A+ rating from this patron.

Take out order on 5/31/24, Calamari fritti, raviolo Aperto, Pollo Salsiccia. The Calamari was mushy, the chicken was dry and the sausage was burnt. But most of all the ravioli was really bad. Had a funky smell and taste. We used to live in the neighborhood and frequented often, however, moved 7 or so years ago. When we happen to be in the area we try to order something to go. Something has happened.

Delicious, clean, family restaurant. Servers are genuine, friendly and always hustle to provide you with a perfect meal. This family owned restaurant is where celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, babies, engagements, good news, bad news, and all of life's major events.
