California Roll  Sushi

We catered some Poke bowls here for lunch and the food was absolutely delicious. High quality ingredients and really friendly staff as well- we got to chat with the owner a bit!Definitely looking forward to dining in and trying more food soon.

Pre pandemic this place was great but I've ordered a couple times since in hopes of enjoying what it once was but those days seem to be over now. The quality and flavors seem to have gone downhill. I had 6 rolls that I used to get from here all the time for me and the family along with a couple non sushi entrees and we loved it but I'm not sure if they changed owners or not since everything tastes so different- specifically anything with cream cheese or crab salad in it. Not necessarily inexpensive either so a total bummer. Much better options in the area, I won't be coming back unfortunately.

I've never seen salmon look so pale in my life. To make things worse, the flavor is way off. It has a very strange aftertaste.

We absolutely loved California Roll Sushi! The food is delicious and the owner, Tack, really cares about the quality of food and service. We will definitely be ordering from there again!

I've been here many times - the owner is very nice and if you sit inside and eat it is better. We've never had hibachi just the sushi which is fresh and good. I think they loop little tape balls on everything which seems a little odd to watch, but it sure is nice when you get home and the sauces aren't spilled all over the place.It is good.

I order carry out with some friends from here. The sushi was just so so. Nothing special. Out of the 3 rolls I got, the firecracker was the best. The rest were mediocre. One of the people I was with order the hotdog. It barley had any meat, it was mostly just fried cheese. I would not hurry back here anytime soon.

Had Alaska roll, some sashimi, and med spicy ramen.Sushi was fresh, not filled with rice. The content to rice ratio was about 70:30 which I appreciated. Sashimi x 4 was also good - had the melt in your mouth effect. Would say quality was mid-tier, which was on par for this local, small, business. It met my expectation and did not go above or below. The ramen noodles were overall good, but noodles were not hand-made and tasted like it came from pre-made packaging. The soup base, although had good heat, seemed like it was from a packet. Like shin ramen. Not bad, just not "real". I did not expect more though, and the quality of the ramen again matched the "quality" of the restaurant.

This is me and entire families favorite sushi spot. We buy sushi at least once a week and it's so so SO good. My favorite is the california roll. The owners are also extremely friendly too.

We have visited California Roll Sushi a few times now since moving to the area and we love everything about it. The service is wonderful and the food is perfect every time! We will definitely visit multiple times through the year. (:

Fresh ingredients, creative offerings, and the best spicy tuna poke bowl around. Lucky to be within walking distance.
