Cakes And Shakes

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!! The cake was so moist we brought 3 slices!! The triple chocolate cake, the rum pound cake, and the lemon pound cake!

Didn't care much for the treats here.The price points were fine. The small shop was clean. Parking on busy Woodward.I ordered three desserts....Banana pudding - best of the three that I tried. It was good, nothing spectacular, just good. Small serving size.Peach cobbler - The flavor was ok, but the peaches were an odd color. The peaches were an odd orange color. I was actually skeptical about trying them. The crust wasn't edible. It was hard and crunchy. There were no doughy pieces that one would normally expect in a cobbler.Strawberry cake - The serving size was huge. It was an "ok" dessert. I didn't finish it because it wasn't quite satisfying.I'm sure that I won't return. However, I wouldn't deter others for trying it.

Since I first reviewed this place I've come back and had some of the sweets. The chocolate Oreo cake was insane, like one of the best cakes I've ever had, and I think about it constantly. It was moist and homemade tasting, with rich, creamy frosting --nothing like the dry a** cakes you get from the grocery store with frosting that tastes like it's all sugar.

I've been here with my friends twice so far in a three day period. What does that tell you?!? They're great!! On our first visit, Kelly was delightful and explained what their business offered. In addition to the array of cakes, pound cakes, and shakes, they also make sandwiches, have salads, and have dinners on Sundays. We tried the carrot cake, German chocolate cake, double chocolate cake, and rum pound cake. We also tried the banana pudding and strawberry shake. They were divine. The shake was thick with flakes of fresh strawberries throughout. So if you happen to drive down Woodward, you should stop and pop in. If you pass it, swing back around! You will not be disappointed.

This new entrepreneur is amazing. Two years in business, her product is exemplary and she goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My personal favorites are the German Chocolate Cake, Peach Cobbler Pound Cake, Rum Cake, Biscoff cookies cheese cake.... and oh the to die for snicker doodle brownies with chocolate and peanut butter! They make awesome sandwiches (Fire Station is my favorite), milkshakes and smoothies! Very professional and family supported business. Talented young lady!

This place is always so consistent. I have tried the rum pound cake, lemon pound cake, five flavor pound cake, caramel pound cake, peach cobbler and the German chocolate cake. Everything is always amazing, the cakes are extremely moist and the customer service is up to par!

Pretty good shakes and great customer service. Well kept interior. Definitely a must.

I had The Classic sandwich size regular on grilled rye and it was so good and flavorful. I also had a ginger berry smoothie which was amazing as well. The cakes looked freshly baked. I will be returning to try more things like sweets and shakes.

I absolutely love this little gem in a hole. The sandwiches are always amazing and the deserts are always delicious. The customer service is outstanding!! Great job ladies.

I love this place. The cakes are delicious. The owner is very nice and pleasant. They also have sandwiches that's better then any local deli. They cover all bases here. So glad I found this hidden gem.
