"Taahirah was our server. My sister and her husband had had her before. She's very pleasant and very conscientious. The ambience is beautiful lots of live plants. In fact the front area in the big windows that face the outs are so full of plants. I didn't realize it was a restaurant!!!Hopefully, that was just me as I would hate to think anybody else wouldn't see it and therefore wouldn't have a meal there. We shared an appetizer that was bruschetta -I was advised it was the best ever and indeed it was. The garlic crisp bread with hummus, and very finally chopped black olives pico de gallo it was just incredibly good all of it. I would order it again in a heartbeat as my meal!We all had something different. My sister enjoyed the taco salad, which is her go to there. It looked delicious but yet so healthy. My brother-in-law had enchiladas made with sweet potato frankly I've never had a vegetarian menu that was so diverse.!!!I had a Italian pizza sandwich. It had delicious pizza sauce with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil all on a delicious grilled sourdough bread. We were all too far for dessert, but will have to try it next time. I am able to get there. It will definitely be a go to when I'm in A2!!!!!!"
"Always busy- a good sign in my opinion.Staff is helpful, quick, and efficient. Great with offering suggestions and listening to what you like and you don't like. It's definitely a family setting, lots of long tables and trays for meals. Though, it also makes grabbing a spot to sit difficult if you're not with your family. I have had a number of items here but my personal favorites have been chana marsala and the cut mirchi."

"I was suddenly craving Thai food so I decided to order here since its super close to where I work. Its located in a small strip mall, where the entrance to the restaurant is inside.Upon walking in, I noticed some pretty unique decorations that does give you that Thai vibe, including a small elephant statue next to the cash register. Additionally, I love the smell of thai food and the spices they use, so the aroma will definitely hit you when you enter.I ordered the Pad See Ew(spicy) while my coworkers ordered a Pad Thai and a Thai Fried Rice. The pad see ew was seasoned nicely with the sweet soy sauce and the noodles were cooked to perfection. However, the spice was overpowering it a bit. That was most likely on my part as I did order spicy. Overall, I really did enjoy getting take-out from here. I will be coming back to try different dishes as well!"
"If you like the Shamrock Club in Chicago, you'll love it here. Old school Irish bar with delicious food and great service."
"This little order at the counter spot was very tasty. If you're looking for quick, fresh, vegan food, definitely come here!"
"I was really excited and looking forward to experience Ethiopian food for the first time. I'm originally from Chicago but am visiting Ann Arbor with my best friend whom has dined here before. The prices here aren't not cheap. It's more like $$$. We ordered the Veggie Platter which is $19.95/pp which is AYCE. The server will come ask if you would like a refill on any of the veggies entrees. However, the meat is not part of the AYCE option. Meat dishes are ordered a la carte and range like $7-8 depending on chicken or beef. The lamb however is $16.95. The spiced tea is also very good $3.95. It comes with Injera (Ethiopian bread) that is very spongy in texture. The way to eat the food is to rip off a piece of the Injera and use it to scoop up the entrees using your fingers. I'm sure you can ask for utensils but don't expect them to be at your table. The Injera is nothing like a naan that is more "bready". It's very hard to describe and it's not at all flavorful, but super filling. The flavors are savory and they have a kick. However, I found the taste to not be rich enough to my liking. I prefer Indian food that packs a punch with all the spicy yet has some richness to the entrees. Here I didn't sense that but did sense a lot of spices throughout the dishes. The restaurant decor is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars only because our server wasn't that attentive and failed to refill our tea and water when we requested a few times."
"Wow, I am not sure what happened. Somehow this review has been sitting in my draft since 04-18-2021.This was my first time coming here tonight. I met up with a couple of buddies after work for food and drinks. First off, I have to say Samantha was fantastic. She was a delight to deal with, and she put up with my buddies' boomer stuff. Lol, I mean shit, but I am not sure if I can say that on her. Anywho she was a delight to deal with, and honestly, dealing with my boomer friend, I feel like she went about and beyond.I got the chicken sandwich and chips, and it was fantastic. The chick was so juicy. And the chips, I think, were homemade. I will be back placed is an excellent hangout."
"My son grabbed lunch from here. He choose the Peanut Butter crunch wrap, the cinnamon roll French toast, a mixed berry and Apple crunch smoothie. The smoothies were great, both tasted good. I also enjoyed the wrap, the peanut butter is good and the wrap definitely could have used more of it. Also I didn't have much sliced banana on mine. My son preferred the cinnamon roll French toast. I definitely would recommend"
"I've heard great things about this place and was very excited to try it. Parking is scarce around here but there is a parking lot across the street that you can park in. The shop is cute and clean and the employees are very nice. I tried a strawberry cake, a banana bread and a parfait and I can say the banana bread was my favorite. But I'm always partial to banana bread. Definitely try themOut if you are looking for a good sweet!"
"I'm a regular at this place for a reason! My partner and I were looking for a good breakfast / lunch joint that had options for both of us because I'm gluten free and he is lactose intolerant. All the servers are great and Coco is especially knowledgeable about the food and possible modifications to certain dishes (try the quesadilla with Burmese tofu added! So good!). The specials are always interesting and my partner is never disappointed by the cookie of the week. Their batch brew coffee is Hyperion and better than your average diner joe. We've also never had issues getting a table, which is a huge plus considering the weekend brunch scene around Ferndale. I've never had a bad meal here and suggest you check it out even if you're not vegetarian- and get the cheeze sauce on the cosmic fries when you do!"
"The place is really a market with some stuff you can take with you to eat. I wish that there was a good place to sit nearby that didn't have so many bees. The sandwiches were good, but expensive. They'd do well to have more sauce on them."
"My coworkers and I were enjoying patio drinks at 3rd Street and everyone on the patio was eating from Street Beet so likewise we ordered a bunch of food! This table was full of non-vegan diets and the overall feedback was that everything was delicious and you would be pleasantly surprised to even know the food is vegan. We had a whole mukbang happening at our table. We had crunchwraps, chicken nuggets, a sampling of different fries ranging from regular to litty fries. Everything here was great and the staff was very friendly and offered lots of great recommendations as well. Eating a crunch wrap here felt a lot more guilt-free than Taco Bell :)"

Love it.One of the best vegan friendly restaurants I've ever dined in.Service, ambiance, food, presentation etc - five stars! Price is average for the Ann Arbor area.. food is fresh, creative, incentive, tasty and original.. presentation is five stars.. Their brunch items are amazing and the desserts are something special.. they do have a very nice full service bar, too, with amazing drink specials and unique cocktail options! Hands down my new fave restaurant in the area.

Very fun place to try out something different. We ordered the sampler, which was a great way to try many of the offerings. The service was quick and the food tasted great. All vegan so you feel great after eating. Don't skip on dessert!

Nice little Thai place. Fast, efficient take out service. Be aware that they don't skimp on spice; first-time order I'd try it at the mild setting if you are sensitive.

Been so long since I'd been here but came here for some later night treats and remembered their vegan menu was amazing! I ordered the vegan buffalo chick'n wrap and it was delicious. The bar has dive bar written all over it but this place is a staple in Detroit and I love it! There's writing on the wall and nice high tables inside. The staff was super friendly and attentive!

I have had the Blue Nile on my list of places to try for some time, and I was finally able to make it! It did not disappoint. We ordered the vegetarian feast, which is $19.99 per person. The veggies are all you can eat. We also added a la carte beef and spicy chicken. Unfortunately, I did not write down the accurate names. The beef was the star of the show. It was spicy, earthy, and delicious. My favorite out of the veggies were the cabbage and collard greens. The bread given to eat the food was light and spongy but very filling. It almost made me wish for a fork because I was so full from using the bread. The customer service was excellent, and I loved the beautiful details of the restaurant like the hand towels provided to clean your hands and even the beautiful wood decor of the restaurant.

If you like your wings fried hard, this place is for you. they was good fr though. Their happy hour is 2pm-6pm with $2.50 well drinks. That's all I needed to know tbh. I got a tequila and lemonade. The customer service was good. I had a 10/10 experience. I have nothing bad to say.

Seldom do I leave five stars, even if I like a place. They have to go above and beyond to earn five stars from me. Misty's did just that. Beyond the pleasant surprise that such a place now exists in little old Monroe, the experience here was fantastic. Upon entering, you are greeted by very friendly staff. Any questions about the menu were gladly answered by the owner or staff. Though not immediately apparent, it is important to know that in addition to being a vegan restaurant, almost all items are or can be gluten-free as well. I also believe that everything except the peanut butter crunch menu item is also peanut free. If you have food allergies or specific dietary requirements, this is a great place to go. Everything we had was made in the house and was absolutely delicious. They also offer fresh pressed juices and fresh lemonades that are fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone even if you are not on a strictly vegan diet. Fantastic place, fantastic food, and fantastic/friendly service

"This place if fire!!!!! So hard to find authentic Mexican food. This place is a must try and my new favorite Mexican joint! Looks like they also do a food truck!."
"Such an awesome spot to grab a beer downtown. Great local feel with a clean and cool interior. Really good beer and cocktail options with ample seating. Will definitely be a go-to!"
"I love the food here especially the Tandoori chicken, vegetable samosas and Tadka Dal! If you like spice then don't be afraid to get it hot! Service is just fantastic; I believe it might be a family owned restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing and I enjoy watching the videos on the televisions. I've been here twice in a week and a half! I highly suggest this place if you want authentic Indian cuisine."
"I am, unfortunately, lactose-intolerant. This isn't something I've dealt with my entire life; only since around 30 years old. That was 10 years ago. I have found plenty of good ice cream. Some pizza places will do feta or goat cheese on pizza which is pretty good. If I buy aged cow's milk cheese (more than a year) I'm fine, but it is expensive. And while I'm pretty damn good in the kitchen, making dairy free Italian can be a pain in the ass. During art fair a couple weeks back, I stopped by the truck and had the Arancini and a stuffed noodle dish and it was OUTSTANDING!!! Could not tell it was vegan, which is the point. It was rich, full of flavor, and hearty. Some of the greatest qualities that Italian cuisine encompasses. Thanks for a great experience!"
"My search for vegan restaurants, led me Veg-O-Rama. New to us and will be a place we will visit again. We enjoyed Mango Lassi which was perfect with our choices of Falafel salad, Masala fries, and Paneer Tikka Kathi roll. Flavorful dishes all of them. If I have to pick a favorite the Paneer Tikka Kathi roll was really good. Service was friendly and good. We enjoyed the painted mural which makes the inside unique."
"To start off, the service here is wonderful. They have a great staff and awesome products! My husband who usually doesn't like plant-based products came with me and we decided to sample it all! The coney's were incredible and the Mac n cheese was to die for! YUMMY! I also loved the tater tots and the fact they are air fried is great. Left feeling full and finally had a coney after not being able to for a long while. The price is right and the food is great! Also, ice cream is so yummy! My hubby loved it so much. In fact he liked it all. No photos of the food because we ate it too quickly lol Can't wait to return"
"This use to be my go-to restaurant for Vegan cuisine. This Saturday (day before Mother's day), I had a taste for a DVS soul food platter. I placed an order online and made my way to the restaurant to pick up my order. When I arrived, the restaurant was very clean. My order was ready and waiting for me. The order: Soul Platter-BBQ Tofu, greens or kale, macaroni & cheese, sweet potatoes and cornbread for a whopping $23 (quite expensive for a meal the size of a lean cuisine with an extra side). No joke, the to-go plate resembled a lean cuisine meal tray. All that was missing was the clear wrapper on top and a box. The BBQ tofu was over sauced. I thought, what are they trying to cover up? Well, I found out after i bit into a strip of the tofu and nearly chipped a tooth. It was burned to a crisp. I picked up a different piece, it too was crisp and burned. You only get 5-6 small strips with this meal at best and 2.5 were inedible. The Greens were over salted and weren't even a full serving. The sweet potatoes/yams were not a full serving either. They were a bit too sweet and over cooked. The macaroni and cheese (sigh) not the same as I remember when i last visited a couple of months prior. My sides then were appropriately portioned in small containers. I felt cheated this time. The taste was off; with an almost metallic after taste. The beans and rice were good. Not overly salty. I had a full serving of that, of course. The cornbread mini muffin (tears) was overcooked and nearly burned to a crisp. It was very crisp and crunchy when chewed. I understand we are in peri-covid times. It's rough for many businesses. Food prices are sky rocketing everywhere for everyone. HOWEVER, I was so disappointed with the quality of my meal. If I'm charged nearly $5 per item on my plate, I should be served a beautiful and tasty meal that I can enjoy fully. Burned, over salted and under portioned food that I cannot enjoy seated at your restaurant should not cost $23.00.I included a tip on top of the $23 because I support the workers. So when I enter an establishment and get a "hi" while seated and I have to grab my own food...who am I tipping? Even at Little Caesar's my pizza is handed to me for $5!! Pros... You can order online. The restaurant was open. The restaurant dining area was impeccably clean. I lost 2 pounds because I ate only HALF of my Vegan Lean Cuisine! I learned you actually burn tofu! Wtf? I left a tip. Cons... The dining area is closed, and my food was burned.I have to pay more for burned plants to feel healthy! I paid $23 for a Non-Frozen Vegan Lean Cuisine. I'm still hungry. Is this how vegans stay thin? They're open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays because from Monday through Thursday, your Tofu is slow cooking"
"Been meaning to try this spot for ages and finally did yesterday. They did not disappoint! We got the d-boy (think western burger but vegan), fried cauliflower, fries, and a Pom berry smoothie. The burger patty was delicious, meaty, one of the best vegan burger patties I've ever tasted. We opted for the sauce on the side for our fried cauliflower so we could try more than one, I loved the spicy vegan ranch. It had just a kiss of heat and was creamy and delicious. The other we tried was Caribbean jerk, it was smoky and smooth and sweet. The cauliflower pieces were smaller, perfect for dipping with a nice crunch of breading. The fries were a thinner cut, and not too crispy or too soft. The Pom berry smoothie was my favorite part. Holy smokes was it delicious, if you love cranberry like I do this is a must try.Service was prompt, even though the place was hella busy with standing room only. It took about 15 minutes to get our meal. Everything was neatly packed in compostable containers in a brown bag with handles.I would recommend this place for take out rather than sit down, their seating area is tiny (2 2 tops and a bar for 4) so maybe best nabbed on your way home or to a lovely park on a nice day of your choosing. As I mentioned, it was standing room only when we went... and it wasn't even a meal time! It was around 3 o'clock! Can we say popular and thriving?Prices are a little on the high side, but with everything made fresh to order and in house I'm not mad about it at all. (Our bill for a burger, fries, cauliflower, and smoothie was about 45$ + tip)Give em a shot and support a local, small, black owned business!"
"This cozy dive bar is a hidden gem with an excellent food selection to match! I stopped in during the day and was impressed by the friendly service. I tried a mimosa and an adult Capri Sun, both of which were fun and tasty. The truffle fries were absolutely delicious, and the birria was spot on--full of flavor and perfectly executed. Highly recommend this spot for a casual bite and great drinks!"
"The Server was very inviting and helpful with explaining the menu. The food Was great, can't believe it's not real meat. It's probably better then meat if I'm Keeping it a buck. Good Ambiance they have a nice patio to sit on to eat. Highly recommend to our Vegan and non vegan friends."
"Tiffanie's meals are consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The delivery is always reliable, and I love how she's willing to make adjustments based on my specific health needs--it's a level of care you don't often find. Whether it's a hearty bowl or a tasty wrap, everything is packed with flavor and feels indulgent yet healthy. If you're looking for a dependable vegan meal service, Sol + Roots is definitely worth trying!"
"This is the spot of Indian street food. All of my friends spoke highly of this place and no wonder why. Everything was delicious and would love to go back again."
"Bean and Leaf Cafe located in downtown Rochester is the perfect little spot for a coffee and pastry! The friendly staff greets you when you enter, is willing to explain the menu and whips it up quick. I love having the options of boba tea, hot or cold coffee beverages, tasty pastries, or even panini sandwiches! They even have vegan and gluten free items. I work from home so I came in to work for the afternoon and enjoyed my time at the cafe. Lunch time certainly gets busy but the rush didn't last too long. I did have wifi issues towards the end of my visit but luckily for me I was wrapping up my projects and didn't lose any data. Parking downtown is always a ~treat~ so keep that in mind and just plan to walk a few minutes.I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit!"
"You need to know this is a food truck . We got the burgers I can't remember which one I think the classic . Service was good he brought our food to us . No ambiance it's a food truck . It was good but I felt it was a little pricey for a food truck 20-25 dollars for a burger from a food truck . I probably won't be going back but I wish them luck ."
"We had two of the most delicious fresh juices this side of California last weekend. Even though they were pre-made, they tasted like they just came out of the juicer. I see one reviewer complained about the Herbalife shakes, but the shake we had tasted way better than others I have had.Friendly service and nice setting. This is the type of place we should hope succeeds as they'll be able to add products. We'll be back."
"I met this wonderful lady at the Detroit Juneteenth Fest. She was so authentic and full of energy! Loved her vibe instantly.I'm all for vegan and vegetarian foods! So I ordered the mac and cheese along with the Buffalo cauliflower tacos. I enjoyed the flavor of both choices. I'm definitely interested in coming her restaurant to try more! Thank you Que!"
"Has been my favorite Indian food for about 20 years. Moved back to MI after living in IL for 7 years and getting chole bhatura was at the top of my "return to MI bucket list". They did not disappoint!"
"I'm a big smoothie/juice fan, and have been meaning to check out Evolve for quite awhile! I'm so glad my boyfriend and I finally stopped in today. We decided to try the Berry Berry Blissed smoothie, Black Gold cold pressed juice, a lemon cayenne shot, whole wheat pasta salad, and the power balls. Everything was refreshing and delicious (I think most of their menu is vegan, which is great too)! I highly recommend grabbing a container of the power balls. Think chocolatey vanilla no-bake goodness without the guilt! Yum!The service was friendly and fast, and the environment was very earthy and inviting. I'm excited to go back and explore more of the menu!"
"Open late in Royal Oak, and with the space fully decked out for the Christmas season, we swung by at 9pm on a Wednesday evening and it was poppin. While the menu on their website needs updating (they don't have shrimp tacos or chicken tacos any longer, but have added many other fun options), overall the food was decent and tasty. We got the Buffalo Cauliflower- solid, delicious, and a good portion size - to start. For our meals, we got the impossible burger, the vegan Korean style "beef" burger, and the impossible chorizo nachos. All were good, but nothing really stood out to us by any means. My partner got a beer, which he really enjoyed. They have an extensive beer menu and among them, a selection of Christmas brews. I got the margarita with cranberry puree on the cocktail menu, which wasn't too sweet yet boozy and balanced. I definitely recommend the buffalo cauliflower... However, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server was consistently away for periods of time , usually wrapping silverware in the back. When I asked for the paper towels to be refilled in the men's restroom, multiple times to different staff, they were never refilled through the entirety of our visit of over an hour and a half. While we were able to get seated quickly upon arriving, I hear rumors of long wait times at other points in the week, so be ready to be patient. That said, it's still a good spot for a late evening meal in Royal Oak, so I'd definitely go back for another visit."
"The service, decor, and food is lovely. I am not a vegan, but my best friend is (ugh). So I was kind enough to bring her over here. Haha. Honestly, vegan food is just not for me... because after eating here, I had the stinkiest gas and was hungry only a couple hours later. But, they do a good job for those people that have their digestive systems trained. The drinks are also very creative and delicious. If you're in the vegan camp, this is your place. If you are not, be sure to hang out alone afterwards. ;)"
"This small Corktown eatery was on my list for years - I will travel long distances for poutine. So when a friend suggested this place for brunch, I was beyond excited. Of course, I arrived early for our meet-up. I'm always worried about getting lost, despite an assist from Google, and finding parking. If I'm early, it only means more reading time from the comfort of my car. When the diner opened for the day, there was already a small line up and tables filled up quickly. My friend and I pulled up the menu via the QR code and we placed our order and paid through the same code. The food was brought to our table when it was ready. I ordered the large poutine without hesitation. Plain, no bacon or eggs to spoil the dish. The fries were crispy and delicious and the beef gravy was flavorful. Unfortunately, the cheese curds were small and had not had a chance to melt yet. The croque madam was incredible. I loved the tangy, grilled sourdough with bacon and Swiss cheese. The maple mustard and bechamel sauce elevated the taste of the sandwich. The fried egg was yum. Glad I made it a madam.Service was quick and friendly. We were done within an hour and noticed that most of the neighboring tables had already emptied. So, waiting in the morning might not be all that bad."
