"I love this little Italian gem near my home. Their chicken sandwich is the best as well as their pastas. I like them so much that I use them for catering for my kids birthday party. They did not disappoint! I had to reschedule the party due to illness and they quickly changed the date for me. They were very accommodating with my catering order and allowed me to make some slight changes . They even spent a long time on a call with my friend who has wheat allergy.I would totally recommend them for catering or to just try on your own."

We sat at the bar, and though we ordered simple food items (they actually killed it with the poach eggs A+++), what most impressed me was the efficiency of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place. When you sit at the bar, you can look into the kitchen and the back serving station. Everything is clean and I think Restaurant managers should come and take note.There is no need to have a dirty restaurant! We'll definitely be coming back again, and again! The joys of Hippie Hash, coming here buzzed after the Blind Pig concerts, or popping in around 4:30am when the place is trashed and the employees are hanging out smoking. That was then, now there's a new(er) family owning it, and subtle changes to the menu point to Middle Eastern influences. As such, I sat down at the counter one morning during my visit and tried the gyro hippie hash and it was excellent. Eggs cooked a perfect over-medium, hashbrowns lurked under the chopped meat and minced broccoli, topped with feta cheese. Big yum!It's still tight and intimate inside. A family sat next to me at the counter, so that was fun. Everyone was friendly and watching the cooks work magic in tight quarters was interesting. Come for the experience, and enjoy the classic menu."

Picked out chips and a drink. We are dealing with people who can hussle. That sandwich was made fast and efficient. People were coming and going. Wish I had room for a cannoli. Mujadra was very good. The deboned chicken with garlic and lemon sauce was heavenly. Not so good? The greek salad was very meh. Dressing wan't very greek dressing like. Really bad? The pitas. Supposedly freshly baked but our bag of 12 were all burnt pucks. Would have made a good sub if a hockey game broke out. Overall we are figuring out what we like and will def be back. Hopefully they figure out the pita problem."

Had the L George 4 Egg Omelette stuffed with loose burger, veggies n 2 cheese with Grits n Rye toast just like I remember fantastic filled the belly nicely. Also a Double Damn Patty Melt with Chili Fries spot on. Super friendly fast service, we gotta get back again much sooner. They now have 12 locations since 1981 a true favorite of ours."
