"Great ice cream spot that has some delicious flavors! I always need a cone when I have ice cream and the cones are made fresh which you can taste. The sea salt butter cake and black sesame flavors are definitely the favorite but we also enjoyed the flavors we got as well (maize and blue, raspberry stracciatella, and butter pecan). You can't go wrong with any of the flavors and they have small pints to take to go if you want. It's a cute little spot with nice decorations to take a picture with your ice cream."
"Haven't tried my food yet.But the young woman taking my order was delightful. Two cooks working and I've been waiting for about 10'minutes. Place is empty, they just got a rush.I ordered a single classic and county classic. I'm excited to try both. The place hasn't been picked up so there's trash on the tables. The staff is having fun but I'm hungry. The inside is pretty futuristic lots of neonand metal. Idk if I would have a date here. More so like take it to go or with some friends. For both of my items is was almost 25 dollars. So I hope the food is good. You can get beer here. Bells, miller, and IPA and something else. Maybe a wine? Also a boozy slushy. They offer ice cream too. The menus looks to be a step up from fast food. Got home everything was gone under 20 minutes.Vegetables were very fresh, bun was a wee bit soggy other than that a good burger! The chicken was yummy. I recommend.Overall 4.1 too pricy for what it was but the food was good. But this was nothing more than 18 dollars not 25."
"Yum! My family and I ordered this through DoorDash and I must say it was truly delicious. We each tried one of their specials and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The browned marshmallows they put on top of some of their sundaes tasted like a real campfire-roasted marshmallow. So good! I look forward to going back and trying some other flavors."
"I'm obsessed with their coffee. Haven't went anyplace ever since I tried their iced coffee. Best I've ever had. Can't forget their amazing cookies always so delicious and addicting."
"Why we've driven past our local Hershey Macomb in search of ice cream elsewhere, I have no good reason. This little place is chock full of not only ice cream but so much more. The many choices of tubs of ice cream including soft serve was more than I expected. I tried the Oatmeal Cookie Craving which has the following description on the sign that describes that flavor: Silky brown sugar cinnamon ice cream, decadent sweet caramel sauce, luscious chocolate flakes and delicious oatmeal cookie crumbles. It definitely was an excellent choice. There's something about the Hershey brand of ice cream that sets it apart from other brands. I'll say with confidence that Hershey has become my new favorite line of ice cream and for me is hands down the best, most flavorful brand and I'm glad we have this location so near to us.When we were sitting inside having our ice cream, I had the chance to look around and take it all in. From self serve frozen slush drinks, to Jones soda, Towne Club pop, Coke and bottled water, there was plenty to choose from if you were thirsting for a refreshing drink. What else do they have? Well, they have cakes. You can special order a personalized cake. Do you want to try an authentic Italian Cannoli? They are made fresh. All you have to do is place your order. There's even a small section of toys for the kiddos to purchase. Whether you want your ice cream in a cone, cup, sundae, hurricane, malt, shake, and so much more, this place literally has it all and can do it all. Besides having seating inside, there's also plentiful seating outside on the park benches and tables with umbrellas to provide shade on a sunny day. It's an awesome family run business that definitely has customer service and satisfaction in mind wherever you look inside. I plan on making up for lost time and returning again and often. There's no need to go anywhere else. Stop by, choose your ice cream treat, take it all in and I think you'll agree with me that this is the place to go for your ice cream craving."
"What a great place! The menu was overwhelming because there's so many wonderful things. Snow cones! Watermelons filled with candy! Some things have shrimp on them! There was a delightful mix of sweet/savory/wacky stuff and I loved it. We asked about the fruits con crema and were given a very generous sample. It had granola and coconut and was very good, but we ended up getting mangonadas and were not disappointed! They were perfectly mango-y and lime-y and not very spicy, but so good! I would definitely go back. And heads up theyre cash only"
"Best ice cream place around.. don't let the lines fool you, they move quick! Drive thru where the workers come out to take your order to help you move along quickly, and front window for walk up with the family. Generous portions, fair pricing, huge variety! They have ice cream, dole whip, frozen yogurt and custard."
"Always a nice treat on a hot summer day! The lives get large stove 7pm, luckily we made it there just before it got really busy."
"I am not one for sweets usually, but with both of my pregnancy's I have had my husband stop on his way home, or just drive myself after baby was asleep to get their ice cream! Praline pecan is always a win, and Seth by chocolate is a chocolate lovers dream. Worth the line 100%."
"I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Everything we ordered was delicious. looks very clean from the window and the people that work there are very nice and helpful with picking from the menu. Love that it's a drive thru so I don't have to change out of my pjs lol. I can't wait to try out something else, since they have a wide selection."
"Large selection. Very beautiful inside. Dubai Chocolate is amazing but a little pricey."
"Are you kidding me? It doesn't get much better than this as far as high-quality delicious ice cream goes. Don't attend if you're trying to lose weight because it's the real deal! There are actually low-cal choices that look pretty good, but when I go to this place I go for the gusto! My favorite flavor lately has been "Michigan Pothole" which is a heavenly dark chocolate flavor with littlechocolate chunks (potholes!). I put that with the Praline Cream in one of their chocolate dipped bowls and you just shouldn't bother me for a while! Many choices to whet your ice cream Jones! This place has been around for a long time and they do it right. It's right on Lake St Clair so you can talk a walk right by the water to walk off your ice cream comma! Give these guys a visit and enjoy!"

A cute little ice cream shop in downtown Detroit ! It's a tiny place so not the best for larger groups but it's in the middle of a ton of walkable places! Service here was super friendly and very efficient. The ice cream has such a different texture compared to store bought/other shops but we loved it ! The flavors weren't overwhelmingly sweet and you can tell it's made with fresh ingredients. Best part is that you're able to buy pints of their flavors as well. Can't wait to come back and try their other flavors !

I got the iced lavender matcha latte and it was pretty good for what I was expecting. Only 1 worker at the front but he made my drink pretty quickly . This was my first time trying and I would go again. The drink was around $6 after tax

Definitely one of Macomb townships hidden gems! They serve both soft serve and hard scoop ice cream. Over 60 flavors to choose at any time!I've been going here for several years and the staff is never anything but spectacular. Also family owned, so it's nice to support small businesses especially the ones that do it right! I love this place!

OMG this is the spot and the stuff that they can put on your dessert is yummy. I stopped here after having dinner close by and boy was I happy I even ended up getting a few treats to put in the refrigerator at home. This is the place to stop and check out in the summer.

"Very yummy bubble tea! You can customize your order to just what you like. It shares a spot with the terry melt which also looked delish. Will be back"
"What a great local spot! It's open quite late, and there is always a line, wait was about 7 minutes. Parking lot is quite busy too. But it was totally worth it! The Twix ice cream so as the vanilla custard with sprinkles was delicious Service was nice and friendly, we also asked for some water and they were happy to help. And the atmosphere is great, ambience is nice with all the neon lights, and there is a lot of seating spots around!"
"This establishment was such an unexpected treat. I was very pleased to see there was a variety of choices and they also had plenty of vegan options to choose from. I ordered the Tiger's Blood which was a watermelon flavored drink which looked bright red and I thought it would be super sweet, but surprisingly it was pleasantly light, refreshing and surprisingly flavorful. It was a delightful treat. The texture was not like a typical snow cone, it was much more better than that. It retained its shape and did not melt quick.I also ordered some gourmet popcorn which was better than I thought they would be, very tasty and enjoyed them immensely. The service was awesome and the people were friendly and they are a non profit that uses proceeds to help the community in need.I can't wait to return here and try what more they have to offer and the cost per cup is very reasonable as low as $4.50 a cup and is worth it for all that goodness."
"Great spot for ice cream and coffee, we stopped for lattes while we looked for a breakfast spot and didn't want Starbucks. Very friendly staff and delicious coffee."
"This was really fun. They had multiple dairy free options. Fun to mix and match ice cream flavor, dip, drizzle and toppings. Staff was really nice. Everything tasted delicious. The inside of the store is really cute and they have seating inside and outside. Was kind of pricy but I think worth it for an occasional treat! We'll be back!"
"I enjoy their good food, nice ambiance, and very friendly people. I definitely will return."
"Friendly service and great treats!! Now open year round, they give back to our community and hire local high school kids. The ice cream nachos will haunt your dreams, such a brilliant idea! I usually end up getting 2 small flurries because I can never decide which one I want. Just all around goodness."
"So glad this place is near me and I don't have to drive to Ferndale to get delicious cookies. Since they have opened in both locations, I've been a fan. I don't think I had a flavor I didn't like that I have tried. I think the summer/spring flavors are the best, but overall favorites are the Blue Moon and Raspberry Oreo Cheesecake. I don't even like Oreos, but that cookie is divine. These cookies are definitely a once in a a while treat, but worth it. You won't be disappointed."
"Tried this place a few days ago with my kiddos. Great selection of Hershey ice cream, including Superman, which my kids were all about. Also, they put candy eyes on kiddie cones, which was adorable. Decent selection of other ice cream treats, although the menu scattered all over 2 walls can be confusing and overwhelming. I got the Mexican fried ice cream, which while delicious, was not actual fried ice cream. I guess I should have known, but it's not at all clear that this item is just vanilla ice cream coated in frosted flakes and cinnamon sugar. Finally, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there's o my one small table for indoor seating. Plenty of outdoor seating, which is what we chose, but as it was almost 90 out, and my kids are small, I don't know that I would go again on an extremely hot day again."
"By far, the best vanilla custard in all of Michigan! From the moment we walked in, to leaving, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The loumades is a definite must. Deep fried dough, with strawberries, Nutella and a nice heaping of vanilla custard. Enough for two or three to share!I would highly recommend coming here for dessert!"
"This place is off Orchard Lake Road and if you blink, you'll miss it. Although spacious in the inside, easy to miss on the outside. You've got your choice of pretty much any middle eastern dessert your heart desires here, IF they have it. Sometimes they have stuff, sometimes less. But they are known for a few speciality items and I suggest you try those! The cheese stuffed pancakes (atayif) are delicious and you could easily eat 12. They are these small delicate mix of soft pancake like outside wrapped around a delicious soft cheese interior. I feel like I could bathe in this-it's so delicious! I've tried the baklava and it wasn't my favorite. I'd stick with their specialities. Might try that almond crispy bread thing next time too! PS: they seem like they could make a killer cake!"
"This place has the best desserts! If you have a sweet tooth definitely stop in here. We tried the Roller Crepe which is a crepe stuffed with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with sauce and strawberries! Then we had the sushi crepe as well which was drizzled with white chocolate and hazelnut syrups... but you can customize either of these with whatever flavors you prefer! Also, we tried the Ferraro sundae, which was amazing. It's fun to go with a group and try a little of everything!"
"They've one of the best mangonadas that I've tasted so far! It's $6 , made with chilli mango icecream. The service is always nice and they are helpful when asked questions on the ingredients.I'd love to try their regular ice creams and yogurts.Most.l of their items are $6. Parking is a-bit tricky since it's a street parking but when you've a chance, grab their mangonadas! It's delicious!"
"Cheap ice cream. Local shop. A couple picnic tables out back. Small parking lot. Lotssssss of options. Good for late night treat."
"While we no longer live in the Detroit area we still enjoy visiting Dairy-Go-Round when we visit. A traditional ice cream stand they still have the colorful stationary Merry-Go-Round horses for kids to enjoy. A great place for families to visit and enjoy delicious ice cream treats. Adequate parking, wide menu, and fast service. The specialty is the Creamsicle twist cone, a vanilla/orange mix. They have changed to a sorbet from the original sherbet. The sorbet has brighter orange flavor but the texture of the sherbet was a better match."
"Another overdue and late, but finally a review here for Rita's.It was a hot day plus still a hot evening at 7pm on July 13 after shopping across the street at Lowe's. Why not cool off here for my 1st time so we decided to stop. Thanks to Yelp friend, Aleana W. For making many check-ins here and posting so many "Cool" photos to help others decide to stop in here and enjoy some Ice or custard! My husband had a regular vanilla custard cone.I had a custard with a s'mores gelato which was delicious and a smooth blended duo.Our 2 purchases totaled $9.00 with Nicole. Thanks to "HANNAH" for her welcome personality when walking in the door. Then she was happy to explain the whole story to us about Rita's Italian Ice, custard and offering me 3 samples to try to help with my cool important, refreshing decision. Soooo many Italian Ice Flavors, Cream Ice Flavors, along with Custard. They also have a free "Sugar-Free" flavors. Rita's can handle your "Cool Catering" birthday or Barbeque parties as well, but encourage you to place your order at least 7 days in advance. What a fun, cool time of ice happiness to enjoy at this popular neighborhood business."
"We did an online order pickup of an orange crush smoothie and a toxin flush green juice. Both were really good! Definitely will go back. Store is clean and employees are friendly."
"I've had Mangonada's at lots of places and this is definitely one of my favorites! I believe it's called the Mangonada Queen. So much flavor packed into one refreshing drink where it tastes a little sweet and sour! This place really has a lot of crazy combinations like hot Cheetos with melted cheese, among other items. If you're feeling less adventurous there's always regular nachos and cheese or a banana split but either way you'll find something you like. The prices are all reasonable as well with most items being between $3-$6. There is is even a food truck right there in the parking lot that I believe is open most mornings. Can't wait to come back to try some more items ( as I'm eying the Gansito Split) as this is definitely one of my favorite spots in SW Detroit."
"Oh custard time, how do I love thee? More than waiting in a long line in the sun, 30 people deep with sweat rolling down my back! We used to live here and this was a family fave so we were not going to miss a chance to enjoy this divine location! It did not disappoint. So much nostalgia, and just like I remembered. This made my day/night/week/year. Love this place!"
"Cute little ice cream shop with delicious flavors and a cozy vibe. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great. The staff is friendly, and it feels like a hidden gem in the area. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a good spot to grab some ice cream."
"Cheat days are made for ice-cream. Yum, yum, gimme some! Normally I drive an hour and a half to Dietsch Brothers in Ohio to get ice-cream when I'm in Michigan. But I thought, why not try a local establishment like a normal person? I was deciding between Stroh's and Calder Bros (based on Yelp of course.) Calder's won, thanks to Fox E's awesome review! It was a tiny old-school joint. There was only employee which is typical I hear and the line felt like it took forever. I was rolling my eyes as the person in front of me took her time trying samples knowing I'd do the same thing when it was my turn. She even had the nerve to order a shake, sigh... I chatted with the regulars while waiting. The selection was a bit limited. There was no salted caramel or anything caramel (other than cappuccino) but it was definitely adequate. And when I saw the size of the scoops (you pay for one but really get two) and the prices, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! I got cookie dough. I figured that was the safer option since a fellow Yelper said they use artificial colors (sad face). It was light on the cookie dough, maybe three or four pieces, but creamy and melt in your life delicious! They don't have waffle cones but the tiny sugar cone was simply divine. It was worth it! Worth the wait, worth burning up waiting in line inside that hot establishment, worth the ice-cream melting in the car cause there was really nowhere within walking distance to enjoy my cone. P.S. I'd like to thank the nice guy who bought my cone after I thought he'd jumped me in line. Waiting for ice-cream makes me cranky! I salute you brother and hope to pay it forward. Real class act.. I highly recommend Calder Bros. and will definitely indulge again!"
"Really great food made to order. Reasonable prices, great wraps, chicken fingers, and waffle fries. They also have good smoothies too. Frozen Yogurt was not available because it was still winter so excited to come back when it is available."
"Very good quality. Some unique flavor experiences!Fast and reliable. We will use this place regularly from now on!"
