"Stopped in on a Tuesday for a quick lunch and everything was absolutely great! The surf abs turf was delicious I didn't even have a chance to take a picture.Our bartender Murph was awesome. His attention to detail was top tier. Murph felt like a friend I hadn't seen in long time. Great conversation and made us feel welcome. Ended up staying much longer than expected but loved every minute!. Will be back soon for sure!"

"My rating of Firenze is complex. The service was excellent, friendly and fast, but the rest was rather mediocre. The food is basically "eats" quality. Nothing bad, but nothing you'd remember after you left. The parmesan cheese as well as the dressings were in little plastic cups, which had more of a "take out" feel than a sit down restaurant. The decor was straight out of the 1970s, but it was clean and well maintained. Yet, the wooden paneling and the subdued lighting, gave it that dingy out of date feel. On a positive note, the prices were very reasonable, and we walked out with a nice meal at a good price. Although the food was not impressive and the decor could use some updating the quality service and the reasonable price have earned it a 4 star rating."

"The place is under new ownership and they've upgraded the menu boards with TV's, now take credit cards and even offer delivery through different platforms. This is all nice and all, but after my first experience, don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.Placed an online order, to be picked up later in the day. I got the 8 pcs chicken (mixed), onion rings and twisted fries. I arrived, parked, entered and someone from the kitchen greeted me. I told her that I was here for pickup, told them which platform. Then this dude walks out from the kitchen, looks at the orders on the tables, places two bags on the counter and walks away. Never said, "your are all set" or "here's your order", just placed the bags and walked away. I had to ask if the two bags were my order and if I was all set, simple yes is all I got. Picked up the order, got in my car and drove home. Chicken - they were dried unfortunately. outside was seasoned, but interior of the chicken was bland. Onion Rings - was soggy by the time I got homeTwisted Fries - only thing that I enjoyed eating.Couple observations... - the plastic bags were tightened, which trapped the steam inside the bag, which then made the paper box all soggy... - service was mediocre"

"First time here, but not my last! I had grape kool-aide (not pictured). The customer service was very good, first of all. In today's world, that seems to be a thing of the past. However, the guys here were very nice! The food was hot and fresh! I just wish they hadn't sprinkled any ranch seasoning or whatever they used after cooking. It didn't need it. So, I'll ask for them not to do that next time. Otherwise, everything was REALLY good! Best to call in your order ahead of time, so you won't have to wait."

"Great new "old" addition to the area! Loved the new look, menu and vibe!!! Band was great...you could hear them and still talk!!!Hostesses were adorable and accommodating! Server, Connor, was good...a bit hyper...but sweet! We had apps...Brussels, tenderloin tips and mussels. All good...mussels were meh, a bit cold and maybe need some more oomph, garlic, cream, wine? No bread served for broth means your broth isn't good enough to make us want to drink it! Zip sauce was wonderful! Brussels were perfection and great portion.Soooo. My only issue is waaaaay too much action at hostess stand...eating, socializing, etc. when they could be doing more. We sat with empty plates for too long...while were walked past several times. We would've ordered more, but server never came back. Marianna walked by, asked me how everything was, I said ok. She immediately sat down and said, what's up? She took our plates and apologized. Saw her talk to our server. Assumed she was management, found out she was another server!! Wow. That is management behavior!!! Saved the night. Gave her tip and thanked her. We will be back because of her! And the food"

"Well I went back and regret it. Years ago you knew you were going to wait on a Friday or Saturday night. Walked right in tonight (Friday) and it was empty. I received the smallest, driest, and thinnest pieces of fish (with no bread) I have ever seen. The fries were old, dry, and unseasoned. The shrimp were decent. This place used to be Black-owned and you can tell there are now no Black people in the kitchen. Sadly, there will not be another chance. I wish I could get my money back. You've been warned."

"New place that opened in the area. We stopped in and thought we would give them a try. Noticed that they also served fish from their sign on the side of the building.Walked in and noticed right away the place was clean. The owners are a husband and wife team. We spoke with the husband during our visit and he was just extremely nice and a great host!We both ordered the cod dinners to go. I cannot say enough good things about the fish and chips here. We have had fish and chips all over the metro area and we both were quite impressed! The to go food was packaged very well and kept the items warm.The fish was not greasy and was breaded about as perfectly as you could ever hope for. The chips are just the right balance of potato soft and crisp. As far as the portions go, they were quite large and quite filling. We haven't tried any other menu items as of yet, but we both look forward to doing so soon. Oddly enough for me, I also failed to take pictures when we got home.Please stop in and give them a try. I really believe you will not be disappointed and will have found a little gem."

"This place has delicious fried chicken and is reasonably priced. It didn't feel overly heavy or greasy. The fries I got in the side were battered, giving extra crunchiness. I also got fried cauliflower which was very tasty. They are generous with side sauces. I do wish there were some more non-fried options on the menu, as healthier options. The employees were friendly and helped recommend items for me to order. It's a takeout only place, with room to order and sit down to wait. But it's a clean interior. This is not something I want to eat too often (for the sake of my waistline), but it would be a nice treat every once in a while."

"What a gem hiding in plain sight! I was really impressed with this spot. We got a catfish box, which came with a drink and a side. Prices seem to be super fair for the amount of food received, and everything is really great. We were here on a Sunday, and it was only one employee working. It's a make to order set up, so you'll wait just a few minutes for your food, but it's well worth it! The macaroni and cheese was really tasty, and the hush puppies were outstanding! I definitely recommend this spot and hope they stay!"

"This is probably my new favorite place I should never visit again (dietary reasons)! I currently reside where their idea of fried fish is a tempura roll so needless to say I get withdrawals for the good stuff. Thankfully this is not that far away. True there are plenty of options on this street alone but I like this place over nu wave because the taste is just there. Everything's crispy (except for the fries, boo) and they give you a lot for what you order and the prices are insanely cheap. Outside looks assume they place is pretty clear an on the inside and staff has been helpful. I'll keep coming back here should I ever get another cheat day."

"I really like this place for one simple reason: fried smelt. There are not too many places that have fried smelt, which I love, and Zebee's does it right. And the way they fry their fish in my opinion, comes out awesome every time. And the fish always looks fresh, unlike some fish fry joints that I've been to.And kudos to the young lady that worked the cash register when I came in one day. She noticing the cake that I ordered went bad and suggested another dessert. She was very courteous. And everytime I place an order over the phone, it's always ready as soon as I arrive. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants a fish dinner done right!"
