It has been years since I was last at First Watch and he has never been before. The menu is simple but has a lot to offer. My boyfriend can be picky so he opted for the trifecta- bacon, eggs and a Belgium waffle. Yum! Can't go wrong with any of those! He said the waffle was very fluffy and the best he has ever had. The hot syrup is a nice touch!I had the breakfast tacos, which I am still thinking about two days later! Can't wait to go back soon! The service was super fast despite being a full house."

Jerome A. "I'm an "Egg Slut" slut and have always loved a good eggy brekky sando. There are a few good joints in Metro Detroit for this, but not nearly enough, and not nearly as tasty.Egg Bar may be the rebuttal. Though they clearly spent a good amount of their budget on the imaging and advertising portion of the business, all a bit extra for me, the food stands just fine on its own.So first, the Bacon Dlux. I loved the fluffy steamed egg and toasted Japanese milk bread. The turkey bacon could've been crispier, but that's a typical turkey bacon problem. The burnt onion jam, was a bit too thick and decadent for the sandwich, throwing off its balance. I adore fresh chives, of which it had a generous heaping of. Overall, a pretty damn tasty brekky wich! The truffle rosemary hash sticks were nicely done, flavorful, and extremely crunchy. Should've tried another sauce tho, as it came with the burnt onion jam.As far as the experience, top-notch. Customer service was friendly and welcoming, staff even reminded me that when you download their app you can save $5 off the first order. Of course I'm hitting that! Overall, I enjoyed my first time experience here! Definitely decadent and over the top so it'll be a while before I come back."

I saw the sign and open door on this place. Made a right off of Gratiot on to a brick alley. Follow it around back. I found a parking lot and an open back door. Wife answered the call. I ordered food and coffee. She had a pour over decaf and I had a regular coffee. She has the breakfast sandwich and I had the breakfast taco. Everything was 5 star. Nice place to hang out or meet up with a group."

Adam S. "Located within an 1881 church, Saint 1881 brings well made cocktails and small plates to the heart of downtown Rochester in a unique, modern setting. We visited on a Thursday post-dinner, and it wasn't super busy. The service was pleasant, helpful, and very attentive, while not imposing. Cocktails were fab: of course we tried the spicy margarita, which is made with pineapple but can ask for it without. We also made an off-menu request, essentially a spicy grapefruit margarita, which was cheerfully made without hesitation. The charcuterie board was likely one of the best charcuterie boards I've had: the meats and accompanying accoutrements, from dates and candied pecans, to pickles, pickled capers, and marmalade we're outstanding. I would have liked a bit more variety on the cheese, but overall it was a nice addition to our cocktails. Other reviews have shared that the prices are high - however, for the cocktails I found them comparable to other types of upscale cocktail bars and restaurants in Rochester at ~$16 per cocktail. The small plates can definitely add up, though. We really enjoyed our visit to Saint 1881. Will have to come back and try some of their espresso cocktails too."

My favorite coffees and treats here would have to be a caramel macchiato with sweet cold foam, I get my caramel sugar free for diet restrictions, but the staff will work with you to customize as best as they can to your liking. I also like the egg and cheese on a croissant or a bagel. Really hits the spot! The staff are really friendly and personable people. They have fun treats such as crepes, milk cakes, boba tea which is a fun item to have on the menu, I haven't seen a lot of cafes offer that around here, so that's a nice twist! I've tried the lotus milk cake and it is really good. They also have the Dubai bar and sell the entire bar or the pieces in individual squares for $1 each. This place is nice for friends, families, students and is a great co working space!"

Seemed that not much has changed except slighty the seating in the center, it's name, and later hours (THANK YOU!!). Cute name, btw!SERVICE. MUCH MORE FRIENDLIER than previous. Accommodating. PRODUCTS. All wonderful.... creative. More housemade baked good choices. The shortbread was too soft for my preference. Does everyone like SOFT AND CHEWY cookies and shortbread, these days, like seniors that have dentures or infants that need soft foods?! But I digress... Also, just wished they had DARK ROAST coffee offered. But that is JUST ME being an unapologetic coffee snob.OF NOTE. Metered and street parking. Sunil A. "I'm always a little weary when I eat at a spot that's located in a strip mall, even a little more weary when sitting across from is someone who wants to stab you in the face with a butter knife. I guess maybe I would write that off as someone being passionate right? No... you're right, probably not. It probably has to do more with me being a jerk face. Anyway, in high stress high adrenaline situations like these, what's better than some comfort breakfast food? This place serves some of the best. Believe me when I say, there is nothing fancy of this place. What little effort they put into decor and aesthetics they put 55.7x more effort into the quality of the grub they serve. Ms. Murder Eyes ordered a veggie omelette and I had the 2 eggs any style (trying to be extra healthy). Since my meal was pretty simple, I will be reviewing the few bites of the omelette that she had. The best ones I've ever had were the ones that were light, extra fluff and loaded with whatever bits and pieces you want in there. They met every criteria. The eggs sliced easily with a fork, loaded to the brim with veggies. The one thing I have never understood about diner breakfasts is the redundant carbs. Why toast and potatoes? I mean I get both being included but starches? COME ON!!! Throw in a fruit, a veggie, anything. But yet again, I digress. I am very rarely impressed with hashbrowns. Usually they are soggy and undercooked. Drake's did a great job. Crunchy, firm and perfectly cooked. Very tasty. I would have had a few more bites but Ms Murder Eyes was gripping that butter knife pretty tight, her fingers were turning blue. Will definitely be having breakfast here again when I'm in the neighborhood. Hopefully I will be in less physical danger next time around.Post Script - I survived."

We already had a very light breakfast before a doctor appointment and after we made a spontaneous decision to go for a second breakfast and picked Leeza's.As this was our second breakfast for today, we weren't too hungry. So my wife ordered Raisin Toast and Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice and I decided on a BLT on Rye and we both had coffee. I prefer my coffee black unless it needed some help to make it tolerable; this was good by Itself and didn't need any help. My wife said the raisin toast was generous with the raisins and she really liked the Fresh-Squeezed Juice. My BLT had a good amount of B and nice balance of L and T. Service was excellent and we never ran out of drinks. Based on the high rating and many good reviews, our high expectations were fulfilled. The only thing negative was that the restroom was a bit small."

Our waitress was dry and just cut to the chase, not overly friendly, seemed annoyed. She did re-fill our coffees a lot, which was appreciated. Never checked on us and how our food is. Menu is huge which I find a bit concerning with how fresh their ingredients are. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sandwiches do not come with a side; you have to add on to it. I saw homemade crepes and figured they would be a solid choice. The fruit filling for the crepes is either blueberry or strawberry. Little did I know it was from a can and not fresh. Our food came out quick and the portions were huge. Could not believe the number of crepes and all the breading. They were not flat but very thick and seemed like a pancake rolled up. I tried really hard to find the fruit filling and had to search for a while. The worst was that my crepe tasted like whatever else was on the griddle - lingering savory food is what it tasted like. I also ordered a side of bacon well done. Bacon was disappointing and wimpy. My dad seemed happy with his fish sandwich the breading was crunchy. Restrooms were fine, slightly gross but fine. However, turning the corner to go to the bathroom, you are greeted with old food/dirty plates, and it smelled. Very unappetizing and why are you putting that right by the restrooms where the patrons will see it? Everything felt half-assed at this place. Would not come back. Coney island type places are a dime a dozen in the Sterling Heights area and there are way better,"

We really enjoyed our food and marked it as a place we could go to get some good reliable Latin street food. Our second visit was a disappointment. The Cubano that I had ordered previously was burned this time around. Just enough to mess with the flavor of the actual sandwich. We also ordered the burrito which was just a mess of flavors. There really wasn't much to redeem the price tag that we had paid for dinner. If this is the level of food they're pushing out, then you're paying for Downtown Plymouth prices without much quality to back it up.As it stands, we're not in a rush to come back here anytime soon. We may try again in the future, after the pandemic is over and life returns to normal, but in summary, when they're good. They're good. When they miss, they really miss."
