Brooklyn Bagel and Deli

A real bagel is more than just a baked bun. These are the genuine thing. A nice texture and a firm crust. I had a bagel sandwich. The best bagel shop in the northwest area.

I got the Emily's favorite on an Asiago bagel. Too bad there was a head full of hair in my sandwich. Sucks because the food was actually really good until my discoveries. I was super excited to try this place but definitely never going back

Meh. I'll drive 10 miles out of my way to get bagels rather than stop at this place. How bad is it??? I'll give them some credit...the food is actually pretty good. But the service and prevailing attitude make this a no go...for me. They've been in business for a while...so they must be doing something right. I always feel like they are doing me a favor by waiting on me in here.

Great bagel shop, with New York style bagels and great service. Veggie cream cheese is delicious!

I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with some of their fabulous sandwiches, bagels and baked goods. Super delicious and Rebecca, the owner, is a joy to work with. If you can't make it to New York, this is the next best thing.

This place was amazing! Stopped by and grabbed a dozen bagels and took them to a family party, and everyone was impressed! These bagels are chewy and just likes the real-deal NY style bagels, just as their name suggests.

I must admit the experience I had recently was much better than another experience I had in the past, one that made me stop coming in the first place.I was still a bit dissapointed that cream cheese doesn't come with the 13 bagels, so my mom only bought one cream cheese which was $4. It wasn't nearly enough sadly. Luckily, the bagels were extremely warm and fresh (my mom asked for the freshest).So, in the past we came here to eat while working outside. It was really hot outside, high 80's. For some reason, I was in a rush and I didn't eat anything. I felt sick and my blood sugar was so low. My mom decided to just quickly get bagels next to the job. She went inside because I was so dizzy and I needed to eat something quick. Th lady inside refused to cut my bagel for me. My mom got the 13 bagels and asked if she could just cut one of them and explained the situation. She told her my hands were covered in dirt with sores and cuts, and that I didn't feel well. The lady refused to slice my bagel. My one bagel out of the 13. She said my mom would have to pay more and that she would have to get cream cheese too. We just wanted a bagel sliced. It made me so upset that we decided to not come back. The bagels were hard that time too. This time they still don't slice, but at least it is something quick. I prefer Einsteins anyday though.

Everything was stale or expired. Bagel was terrible. Pasta salad and fruit salad probably two weeks old, never tasted anything so rank. If you are going to have a deli case with premade food, you should be checking quality daily. Nobody wants to bite into fruit that turned to vinegar taste and smell. I was clearly being served by an owner which makes it that much more irritating.

Great bagels and awesome customer service! Love the breakfast sandwiches. Will return often.

10/10 first time trying there breakfast bagel sandwich with a cheddar bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. Very good the eggs was nice and fluffy. Easy to call a head and the girl up front was so nice. Would definitely recommend and this is my new favorite bagel shop!
