Broasted Brothers Chicken

We ordered the "family combo" on New Years Eve. I called them in the morning to confirm they were open and understand availability for a large order on a holiday (ish). The person that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. In the family combo, there are 20 pieces of chicken and we did half on the bone and half as tenders. You get 4 large sides, and they helped me really understand what the sizes would be and how many they would serve over the phone. So helpful! You also get 10 fresh biscuits. I placed the order for a pickup 5 or so hours later, and everything was ready, hot, and fresh at pickup. This was part of what we served at a NYE birthday party, and everyone loved the chicken, and the biscuits were a total treat. Our sides were double potato wedges and green beans, both very good. I was very pleased with how juicy the chicken was, especially the tenders! They were huge! The chicken was perfectly seasoned - it wasn't spicy, just flavorful. They also included dipping sauces with the tenders, and they were so helpful describing them over the phone. They were all excellent. There is a slightly spicy boom boom sauce that was my favorite.We will definitely order from Broasted Brothers again, and look forward to trying other things on their menu.

Broasted Brothers is a gem in Plymouth! Our teenage son was recently diagnosed with celiacs and he misses his old favorites like chicken tenders and fries. The gluten free items here are so good you won't be able to tell the difference between them and regular chicken tenders. We love the dry rubs and the assortment of dipping sauce. The owners are so nice and thorough when it comes to careful preparation, making sure there is no cross contamination.

I was super disappointed in this chicken place. I love broasted chicken. Unfortunately, I did not find broasted brothers to be good at all. I tried several things on the menu and I have to say I wasn't wowed by anything. I felt the food was very bland, and actually overcooked. And considering I spent like $70 on dinner for the family, I expected it to be decent. Frankly we threw most of it out.I think the worst part of the experience for me, however, was meeting with the owner. To say he was not friendly, is an absolute understatement. I found him to be downright rude.I'm giving it 2 stars because it's not the worst dining experience I've ever had, but it was not good, and I was very disappointed with my interaction with the owner. I won't be back.

This review is based on their catering service, which was our lunch at work today. It was fantastic. The wings were done perfectly, and were larger than average. The mac and cheese was also quite good, and the portion about double what I usually see. Service was great too.Overall very satisfied.

If you are gluten free, this is the best chicken spot to cure your cravings!!! My fiancé and I almost cried when we tried their chicken for the first time. Dedicated fryers plus all the sides are GF too. The staff is so friendly and kind and this place is fast and priced right. We love and just are so thankful for broasted brothers being gluten free!!!

I've been to Broasted Brothers in Plymouth twice, in March 2022 and January 2023. My first experience was decent, but it's gone downhill in terms of service and food quality since then.I ordered takeout and realized when I got home that I was missing a side and a piece of chicken. I was given an extra chicken breast for having to return to the restaurant. The chicken breast was, unfortunately, tough and burnt. The biscuit and sides are plain and tasteless.Plymouth has quite a few chicken places, and the ones I've tried thus far aren't good. The same goes for Lee's down the street, even though there is always a long line. I get better comfort food in working-class neighborhoods. Plymouth is becoming too upscale to get this kind of food right.

The gluten free fried chicken is amazing.My family has three people with celiac in it, and wow were they happy when we found this place! Great gluten free chicken, and the regular is the best I've had in Michigan. The fries are great, huge and dark brown and so tasty. Awesome shakes too, and lots of dipping sauces for the chicken. I've also really enjoyed the biscuits and green beans. Yes, green beans, they're cooked in all sorts of fatty goodness and I love them.This is one of our regular places now and if you have celiac, it's an absolute gem.

This was my second experience. I am always looking for gluten free and this hits the mark! Ordered fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce on the side and the wedge potatoes. The chicken was crispy and juicy and so good! Real chicken, super fresh. My family got regular non gf food and were also super impressed with their food. My son loves wings and these are his new favorite which is saying a lot! Friendly service and clean restaurant. It's not close to home but definitely plan to go back when we can!

GLUTEN FREE DELIGHT -- BEST GF CHX SANDWICH that I've had! ...they had so many options. I had the broasted chicken sandwich with green beens and the lava cake for dessert. can't wait to return!
