Brewligans Public House

Across the board my favorite place for drinks, brunch, dinner, anything. Creative menu and drinks, good beer selection. Great staff. Fun atmosphere to watch games and big events. Emo Night every month is also a highlight.

My husband and I now LOVE our neighborhood sports bar. We figured out how to get the AMI Music jukebox app and choose music from my phone! We even played a couple songs. We are HAPPY that Brewligans is feeding the neighborhood for the 5th Thanksgiving in a row. Just had lunch AND we're watching football on the big screen. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I've been here a few times and I'm such a big fan. Zach, the owner does such an amazing job of making sure you have a great time here.The food is cooked to perfection. I've been here for brunch, lunch, and now dinner. The food takes a little longer since it is prepared from scratch. But it is well worth the wait. It's a really fun atmosphere. Definitely check out their social media pages to stay in the loop on some fun events that they host.

I was so excited to try this place. Went in and read the menu- which is actually worth reading as it is very funny. Got a beer and admired the many tvs in the room. We ordered a few things. I got the Mattkin burger (added a tomato) and the truffle fries. The burger was ok. The onions on it were very fine and made it a little difficult to eat because they were hard to break and chew. The truffle fries had some good flavor and unfortunately the ey were like warm at best upon delivery to the table. He frito burrito was ordered by my companion. While the Mac and cheese, queso, and pico de gallo- he really couldn't taste the Fritos, straws, and smoked brisket. He asked the waitress who insisted that those were definitely in it (?). She offered another and or a free item. This is not in the area and the food was just ok, so probably not a restaurant to go out of the way for.

I must say they have the best fish downriver!! Definitely try the fish when you are here! Great service and atmosphere!

I love this place, it has great food, great service and a lot of fun. I love that it's one of the only few bars that keep their kitchen open until close which is 2am this is nice when you want to have drink but need food to help with the absorption of the alcohol. A lot of other bars close their kitchen at 11pm even though they close at 2am but anyway. It's always a good time. Check them out whenever in the Trenton Downriver area.

We love coming to brewligans. It's a good environment with consistently good food. Their drinks are tasty and not too expensive either. We have liked everything we have eaten here. The BBQ pulled Mac is incredibly tasty. The bourbon Brussels were very good. The onions rings have the perfect crunch. I wouldn't get the asada fries next time though. They aren't flavorful enough or loaded with enough toppings. The Thai dye pig was good, but not my favorite. Their brunch menu is all super yummy. I'm a big fan of the brunch wrap.

We have been wanting to check out Brewligans for quite some time. I had a work event in Wyandotte so we decided to come after. We loved it here! It's hard to explain the atmosphere here. It's a mix between a dive bar and classy. They had a large beer selection so we were able to find something to enjoy very easily. We decided on Poutine, but I would say this wasn't up to my standards. He liked them though. We played an interesting game of Music Trivia. It was different than how we have played at other venues but it was super fun and we still got second place. They went team to team and played a song that fit into a category. You had to guess the name of the song and the artist. If you got.it wrong someone else could steal it. Then there's a sudden death at the end. This was more like "Name that tune" and very stressful. Haha. We had a great time and would recommend checking it out!

I came the night before thanksgiving, aka the busiest bar night of the year, simply to order takeout and my food was on time and absolutely phenomenal. the employees were really helpful and nice as well. I can confidentially say (sober lol) that I've literally never had better bar food in my life. I got the spicy af chicken mac wrap and my husband got the wings. i'll definitely be back soon!!!
