Bongz & Thongz

I purchased a vaporizer from them last night and was given a slight discount on some of the pods for it. Upon opening the packaging at home that night, I found that there is a hefty cosmetic blemish (side panel was cracked all the way through). Before using it, I returned to the store tonight (24 hours after purchase) to calmly and peacefully inquire if they would stand behind the quality of their product and issue me a replacement, and if not, simply inform them of the blatant defect in the item they sold me. I was met with shouting, aggression and hostility from the fidgety disheveled store clerk, claiming that, I am being a selfish prick and it was violently shouted at me-while he pounded on the glass display cases, that it was disrespectful of me to even come talk to him about it. He continued yelling at me about how he wasnt supposed to leave customers in the store unattended the night before. I fail to see how the buisiness's disregard to staffing the sales floor is my fault. tldr. if you buy a product from them and it malfunctions, expect to be berated and shouted at by a toothless angry clerk. just leave.if you buy a product from them and it is blemished out of the box, expect to be berated and shouted at by a toothless angry clerk. just leave.if you come in and the sales floor is empty expect to be berated and shouted at by a toothless angry clerk. just leave.Interactions with this place are just not worth anyones time. The employee's behavior has lost bongz & thongz another customer and can hopefully save you the trouble of their abusive staff's anger issues.

Wonderful bongs. Shamefully, the city made them get rid of their THONGs. Stop in and sign the petition to BRING BACK THE THONGS and say hi to Gary, who is a wonderful, knowledgeable and hilarious bong salesman.

Don't go here if you're looking for Juul products. They charge twice as much as everyone else, literally. I went to get two packs of mint pods and the total was $63. I declined, walked down the street to West Side and the exact same purchase was $30.

Giovanni is cool. Outside of him, the store is shite for the simple fact that I had bought a friend a gift, he didn't want it (also didn't open it), so I took it back to the store for a refund. They said we can't give you a refund because nothing is wrong with it. I replied, "everything is still in the package and the clear seals are still on it with the prices". Gary said, " sorry, there would have to be something wrong with it for you to get store credit." ................. I can't get store credit for something I have not removed from the sealed packages............................... With receipt............... I have been in constant friendly communication with Giovanni and Robin.... but Gary man, no thanks.

This place fucking rips people off. The 1/8th of shrooms I bought turned out to weight 1.4Gs I try to support local businesses but they can go fuck themselves
