Friday night dinner meet up with family. Here is what we liked:* Immediate seating for a party of 5* General Tsaos cauliflower is just good stuff* love the beer list * The Michigan Harvest salad was just darn good. Heavy on the good stuff.* The holiday sangria was both festive and tasty.Here's what could of been better:* The barrel old fashioned was just lacking something.* Almost always get the Chicken plans as they are delicious- but decided to get something different and went for the wings with the kickin bourbon sauce. Small flavorless wings drowned in sauce.* Service is usually quite good, tonight wasn't bad but just seemed off tonight.Overall a good night with family and the food was good.

I googled restaurants in Flint sitting 50 miles away and trying to find a spot to meet a friend for lunch. Now, you would think that since she lives there she would be able to make a suggestion or two, but alas no. It was left for me to find something suitable, and Blondies ended up being a nice surprise. Honestly, I thought it would be more of a dive bar, but I always think any place that uses the word spirits in their name seems like an older dive bar to me. This was actually a very large restaurant with plentiful seating and very lovely. The staff was friendly and receptive and very attentive. I did ask what they were known for and she gave me a list, but once I noticed the BLT pizza on the menu and immediately forgot everything else she said. I might have a slight obsession with these damn things. When the waitress brought it over, it was so beautiful I wanted to hang it up on the Louvre. Check out the pic, I ain't lyin'. So damn pretty. But this is where it ended. Now granted, I'm a bit of an expert on these ( pat myself on the back) and I might be a little more picky than your average rabbit, but I was a little disappointed The crust was very thick, dense and chewy and seemed a little undercooked. The toppings were solid, no issued there, but without a strong crust (especially when your pizza isn't using sauce) it really brings down the level of the pizza. I'm still giving it four stars though because my friend ordered the brussel sprouts and they were perfect and fantastic so I'm going to give them a pass on the pizza and assume it was an anomaly. Everything else about the day was great and I doubt that this one thing would consistently got wrong. Will definitely go back and try it one more time.

Was pleasantly surprised by the extensive vegan menu at Blondies. Shared the BLT flatbread, the quesadilla burger and upgraded the side to garlic bread. Everything was delicious and amazing, though they did forget the bacon on the BLT flatbread. The kitchen was apologetic and luckily we realized after a few pieces and they sent a small bowl out. Seriously get the garlic bread, it's soooo good.

Went here for the first time tonight. We sat in the dining room which hand plenty of seating. Wish we would've checked out the tap room before we left. Menu has lots of options and food was very good!

It was a nice open and clean space. The restaurant is larger than it appears with one side for daytime family dining and the other side for a bar and open mic night performance. The service was good and the food was pretty good! The Caesar salad was one of the best ones I've had lately and the burger was delicious!

Ask for Levi!! What a sweet amazing kind soul this human is. Gave us the best service and recommended some great choices that we both really enjoyed. Try the cheesy shrimp dip, it's to die for!

Service great , food great , but why would you have all of this and live entertainment and close your doors at 9:00 on a Friday night ? What are they thinking ?! I would have ordered another drink and stayed longer. Bummed they turned on the bright lights and hinted it's time to go.

Was thrown out of the bar for no explanation and surrounded by members of the kitchen staff and intimated/felt threatened while trying to pay my tab until I left. On a $40 total tab, and paid with $100 all change was in $5/$1 bills...When I asked for owners name and contact information of the manager and reason for removal, I was sworn at and refused any information...Left and returned later for owner's business card to discuss situation only to be sworn at, harrassed and intimidated by multiple members of staff again.When finally in discussion with owner, she was hostile and rude and directed to talk to her lawyer rather than being given a proper explanation for the behavior of her staff.Only decernment is that I mentioned Trump several times at the bar while having drinks and lightly made conversation about this with the bartender. I was immediately served my tab and escorted out with imtimidation BEFORE I COULD EVEN COUNT MY CHANGE.Very rude management and owners.
