I was really craving a good burger, so of course I searched Yelp and found Blazing Burgers in Ypsilanti. The restaurant is small with a few tables but I'm sure most their business comes from carry out. I ordered the Roadhouse burger and hubby ordered the Blazin' Burger. I loved the uniqueness of mine with the fried pickles, fried onions, and turkey bacon. Definitely great flavor but I felt left undone because the hamburger patties were so small. I had such a craving for a burger but was left wanting more! It's not that I could have eaten two, especially at the price, but just a little more meat would have done it. For our side we had fries and they were right alright - I suggest trying a different side like seasoned fries or sweet potato fries. The other thing that was disappointing was that they were out of shakes! Hubby rarely agrees to sweets so I was excited...only to be left undone again. I'm not saying this isn't a place to try, but with so many others we will keep trying. Good luck to Blazin!

Warning Flavor explosion!!!!! I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally ordered it through Grub-hub. Best decision I made today! I ordered the chicken garbage fries and they were superb. They are loaded with onions, jalapeños, cheese, chicken, and peppers.. it's a must try.

Giving 5 stars because they managed to completely satisfy a family of five with very different likes and dislikes. Our dinner included burgers for most, (one with nothing but cheese), a hot dog, macaroni shells and cheese, seasoned fries, regular fries, homemade lemonade and soft drinks.This place is set up like a fast food restaurant with a walk-up order counter and grab your own drink and seat, but the food is worthy of more.Since burgerz is in the name, let's start there. I wasn't brave enough to try the Blazin' Burger with its spicy pepper jack and jalapenos. But, I'm a girl from the South that loves her some onion rings and fried dill pickles, so I opted for the Roadhouse Burger which featured both along with cheddar, bacon and a slightly sweet BBQ sauce and the regular trimmings of lettuce and tomato. It was great, full of flavor, moist, perfectly cooked and seasoned and stacked so high with its goodies that I almost couldn't get my mouth around it!The fries, both regular and seasoned were hot, crisp, very tasty and surprisingly light despite their slightly thicker cut than your standard burger joint fry. The Plain Jane hotdog was also a hit with one of our young eaters. She added "that yellow stuff" (mustard) and wanted us to order her a second when she was done. Staff was very friendly and helpful and quickly accommodated us with extra mayo, "that yellow stuff" and lots of extra napkins! Our food arrived really fast. I also ordered a burger to go for the guy left behind at the house and it traveled well and was just as tasty at home as in the restaurant.Excellent new find in an area of town not everyone gets around to. Locals should make the effort. Easy on and off I94 too. Travellers looking for a quick bite should stop by. There's no drive-thru, but you can call ahead and your order will be waiting.

We ordered the roadhouse and the Mac n cheese squeeze along with seasoned fries. Pros: lots of options to choose from (toppings, bun choices, patty choices, sauces). Quick service, large portion of fries.Cons: burger patty didn't have much flavor and was cooked "well done". Fries seemed like they had been sitting for a bit.To be fair we got our food to go and took it to a park a little ways down the road.Not the worst burger I've ever had but not the best.
