Blackstone's Smokehouse

Friday night visit. What we liked:* immediate seating.* Quick check in once seated and attentive service.* fried mushroom app was tasty.*The wings were how we like them- crisp. Would definitely get wings again.*Baked beans were good- little meat in them and nice flavor.*Candied apple drink was enjoyed.What could if been better-* While the mushrooms were good, they weren't hot. *Having had the smokehouse drink before, I was really looking forward to it. It was just eh, and no cool ice this time.* The chicken sandwich needed something, wasn't bad but wasn't great.

Definitely top 3 baked mac and cheeses that I've had. Option for outside seating and staff was friendly!

Came here for the food but looking at their drinks, would love to try out them out sometime. Very tasty food, friendly workers, and pretty cool interior.

Took my mom out for lunch and we stubbled upon this place downtown Flint. The service was nice from beginning to the end. My mom and I ordered the Thai chili wings with fried cauliflower. The food was tasty and we both enjoyed it. My only complaint is that they don't give you enough friend cauliflower for the price they charge. Also, they have a patio area where you can sit and see the view of downtown, and that was enjoying. This is a nice spot to come for a date or I just chill.

Great food and drinks. I'd recommend anything from the smoker, burgers, and the Mac n cheese.

Fantastic food and service, live music can be a bit too loud but otherwise great spot for regulars and visitors alike.

Food was decent. Not enough to brag about but not bad enough to stop me from coming back. Just kind of average. What really upset me is their statement on the bottom of the receipt that if I don't fill in some thing in the tip line then they will automatically add 18% gratuity. Not sure what they're thinking but I would assume that this is fraud if they arbitrarily add any cost to the agreed-upon bill.

My coworker and I walked over here from the Hilton Garden Inn after a few suggestions. Very short walk and food was great. Both of us got the smoked brisket and Mac and cheese (A+) as a side along with brussel sprouts. Our waitress was great and filled us in on some of the buildings history after I asked about some of the decor. We left knowing that we will be back again. We will be sharing this location with other coworkers coming to the area soon.
