I made a reservation for my husbands birthday for 10. One person in our party ordered truffle fries, the other ordered burrata both of which didn't come out until 15 minutes after the other 8 guests received their food. The reason was "it wasn't seen on the ticket"We received food but no silverware so we had to go to the host stand to get it ourselves. The worst part for me is that the restrooms did not have a changing table to change my son's diaper. We will not be back.

Sat at the bar. Service ok. Food and drinks better. Brussels sprouts were amazing. Bbq pizza very good but very sweet! Pretzel sticks were warm and gooey. Heineken zero for non-alcoholic drink and Equinox very good with some strength! Nice place to watch a game. Private room available. Clean bathrooms

Went on a Sunday during the Lions game and got front row seats at the bar! They also have a breakfast bar on Sunday mornings so I highly recommend going during a game. Our bartender was great & served a heavy pour!!

Pretty good....sat at the bar....service was ok, a little slow but it was a Sunday game day football....ordered the prime rib sandwich it was pretty good...drinks were good also.....I would recommend.

All the stars are for the ambiance, location and great place to meet up at. The one lost star was for the food. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't bad, it just was underwhelming. The fish and fries were certainly plentiful but the batter did not stay with the fish making it difficult to eat. The Brewben sandwich was OK but the bread was very soggy...not sure where that came from, maybe the sauerkraut? Not a deal breaker but from my own personal point of view I really don't like it when I order a margarita and it is served in a water glass. I feel like the proper glass that goes with the drink helps to make the overall experience pleasant. The margarita was OK. Mom's beer was served in a proper glass and it was served chilled so spot-on service for her drink. Our server was very accommodating and pleasant. At this point there are not too many photo's for this place so I decided to add quite a few here with my review.

Decor / ambience/ lights 5/5Food 3/5 Service 2/5 The waitress was not good, at all. There was lipstick on the first water glass - she should have noticed this. She brought back a gin and tonic and dripped the drink across the table enough that you could use a straw to drink it off the table. She never wiped it up. The glass had a crack in it and came with a lemon when I asked for lime. The dirty martini wasn't dirty- you can look at martini and tell if it's dirty or not. She forgot the second gin and tonic for a long while. I'm not generally petty but I don't understand why someone would be a waitress but not ensure the orders were right before bringing to the table. There was nothing special about the food - I had a chicken sandwich and fries. The pizza was made wrong but they still sent us home with the mess up and they paid for it too. But the pizza was out after the table was done eating so my friend ate alone. Mistakes happen it's fine. I don't have any desire to come back except for the ambience. Maybe when they have a band I'd go back but maybe try sitting at the bar?

First time@ Black Label and was glad we stopped. Clean and modern with high tops and 1/2 booths. Service was good and the manager stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was right. Happy Hour house wines 4$ and domestic bottles 3.50. They have a great cocktail list. Pomberry salad was fresh and well garnished. Steak Frites with truffles fries were good portion. The Steak was slightly overcooked for medium rare but the manager solved the problem. Great customer service. Started with the Burrata Caprese and it was presented nicely with great taste. I will return.

Food and service was great. Prices were reasonable and the verity of food choices was great. Will definitely be back.

Interior is. 5 out of 5. The bar area and the light up wall made for a great atmosphere. Service was also 5 out of 5. Our waitress was very great and kept checking back on us. Two people in the party got the prime rib dip which looked amazing. Fish and chips look good as wellThe south west roasted salad was very good, with the one negative being the breaded chicken that it came with. It was compared to a banquet chicken breast patty. The shrimp tacos were good, I expected the shrimp to be grilled for a taco but it was fried in rice paper I believe which was tasty but unexpected. Chips were a little on the over cooked side.

Great juicy burgers. And the fish &chips were also amazing. Service was top notch. Highly recommended!
