Billis Shawarma

Very affordable and delicious spot. Located in a gas station. Service was fast & the seating area was clean and spacious. The lamb shawarma was extremely flavorful as well as the french fries. The fries were very crispy. I got the Billi's combo & it was only $10

We got the 2 meal dinner. We have had it many times. This time it was much smaller less meaty,less veg, less everything. It came with a fattoush salad and it was soaked with dressing and had no pita or tomatoes like it used to. Also l the price went up . Won't buy it again. Shame they have gone downhill when there are MANY alternatives in the immediate area!

Its a quick service restaurant in citgo gas station it has small pleasant and neat seating arrangements. Being vegetarian its difficult to look up for food but this place has my heart for the falafel sandwich that we had. We asked for en extra spicy one and it tasted awesome. Definitely coming here again for the sandwich.

This place is really fast food. It is okay. Not great and not bad. There are definitely better options. Although this is a decent food option in Wayne, MI. The service could be better. It either borderline rude or the cooks constantly stare at you which can be creepy.

Do not let the shared gas station location fool you - this place is is a hidden gem. Upon landing at Detroit airport, I was searching for solid Mediterranean food in the vicinity and found the great reviews on Yelp for Billis. We ordered the veggie combo, French fries, and tzatziki and everything was AMAZING. I was a bit surprised and worried when we pulled up to the corner and saw that it was a restaurant within a convenience store / gas station, but the kitchen area looked sparkling clean, the food was DELICIOUS, the prices were awesome, and the service was friendly. The falafel was fantastic - crispy on the outside and softer on the inside with bits of whole chickpeas, the grape leaves were warm and some of the best I've had, the tzatziki was tangy and I wish I had ordered more, and the fries had some kind of magical seasoning on them that made them addictive!Happy that other Yelp reviews led me here.

I called in to have a few questions answered about placing a large catering order and while I was in the middle of explaining what I was looking for - the person the line just hung up on me. Needless to say, I'll send my business elsewhere.

I think most people would drive by and never even notice this place. That would be a mistake. This place makes delicious Mediterranean food. The shawarmas are delicious. There is no ambience as it's attached to a gas station lobby, but it is absolutely worth the visit.

Okay this is my second review. I said I would try other dishes and I have been here 3 times this week. My second visit I did pickup. I ordered the Fattoush salad again with the vinaigrette and it did not taste the same. It also had chunks of carrots which I didn't understand. The taste may have been because the dressing taste different. I give t 6/10.My third visit I did DoorDash again because I didn't have time to pick it up. This time I ordered the Veggie Ghallaba entree. It consisted of sautéed tomatoes, onions, orange peppers and a few carrots. The flavor was very nice. Next time I would omit the onions. I'm not much of an onion person. The side salad tasted like the first one with vinaigrette dressing. I don't know if the smaller salads are more flavorful or maybe it was a hot or miss when I ordered the large salad alone. Overall very good place to have food.

Ordered the lunch combo with a sandwich and two sides, fries are undercooked and soggy, I'm pretty sure the chicken is undercooked as well. Side fattoush was just okay but I'm starving so I ate it, to my wonderful surprise I was taking a bite and noticed something that I thought was an eyelash ... nope, it was some kind of bug. Needless to say everything went to the trash.
