Bigg Burger

Everything is made to order so it comes out fresh and delicious. I went through the drive thru at lunch and the service was amazing, as always. Pack your patience because your food will not be flying out the window when you pull up to pay.

This fast food place is on another level. I didn't expect this place to be this good. The presentation to the service was very smooth. The vibes inside this place is nice. Fries are made fresh and very good. The spicy chicken sandwich was made really well. Very flavorful. However a bit on the saltier side. However this place is a must try if you're in the mood for a burger or chicken sandwich. Take a break from Chic Fil A and some of the others. Give these guys a shot.

Never had a bad experience here in many, many visits...until today. Stopped in for lunch and had a less than pleasant meal. The cashier was very hard to understand and even after saying excuse me a couple of times she did not make any effort speak up. The food was also less than stellar. The fries were cool instead of hot which is very disappointing because their fries are some of our favorites. The burgers we got were cool also. Not sure if they were sitting too long in the back but this was just not a normal visit. Mentioned this to cashier just so they were aware. Going back is going to be tough.

I've passed this location countless times, always in the morning, on the way to work. And because it is always in the morning, I've never stopped in. Today was finally the day to satisfy some fish sandwich cravings.The restaurant is small by quick service standards in the burbs, but later on in the day, there was more than enough room for just me and another couple. In addition to the fish burger, ordered with extra pickles, I also selected the french fries (fish and chips, am I right?) and the cole slaw. When I got home, the fish burger was still warm and there were a lot of pickles. Yay! The french fries were sad (see photo) but the cole slaw was cold and creamy. I loved the latter.Service was quick - it took approximately 4 minutes and I was quickly on my way. The staffer who took my order was helpful and friendly.

Excellent place for a burger made to order. Fries are shoestring and the best around. This is not a chain but has a high quality eating area, patio, and clean restrooms. Relaxed environment and drive thru option is nice.

Don't sleep on the breakfast croissant ... so delicious. Went on a whim well running an early morning errand. Wish I lived closer want to try dinner burg.

Love this local drive thru burger joint! Great fast service and a menu full of burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more! Tastes just like five guys but for a better price. Great decor inside and out. Super easy and convenient stop right off of 7 mile.

Always fresh. Always delicious. And great service. It's a few bucks more than fast food but totally worth it.

Place use to have decent burger but the quality has gone down hill. The burger was hot but the patty tasted off. The lettuce was just sad. The fries were good but were ice cold by the time I got home (no fault of Bigg Burger) so I'd highly suggest a change in packaging so the fries don't lose their heat so quickly.The service was okay and could have been a little better. The ambiance of the store has not changed in over a decade and is due for an update of some kind. Overall for the price it's better than McDonald's but I'd prefer to go sit down at a restaurant and order a good burger.
