Big Al's Pizzeria

TLDR: Great food, great staff - come here for the best DBH local pizza!! Came to big Al's for a pizza after going out with the guys and feeling insanely hungry.Let me just say the barbecue chicken pizza is quite possibly the most savory cheesy pizza you can get from this establishment. It hits all the right spots after a night out and I would highly recommend it We also got their boneless rings with boneyard barbecue sauce. These came out so fresh but I almost burnt my tongue on it and I'm so happy to say that. Perfectly cooked and perfectly sauced.They also have tables on the inside which we were able to sit down and eat our food quickly to really get the full enjoyment . I'd recommend to anyone that is looking to eat their pizza as fresh as possible and they do not care about their location, please stay here and eat it inside the facility. It really adds to the overall feel.

Pizza is very delicious and tasty. A very good crust. Chicken wings are excellent at half off on Thursdays. This is mainly a carry out pizzeria without the thrills and decor. I've had food from here on occasion throughout the years. Good pizza, but I wouldn't say it's the best I've had in Michigan like their menu advertises. Having said that I came back to try a relatively new item at the time of my visit, The Coop. This sandwich is their take on a Nashville hot chicken. My brother and I originally wanted it as a sub so we could share, but there was some miscommunication and we ended up getting the sandwich. Due to this being an obvious mistake on their end they made us the sub at no extra charge. I have to say either way you eat it, it's very good and I would say it's definitely one of my favorite Nashville hot chickens. The cole slaw really does give balance to the heat and seasoning of the chicken. Great job!

*Solely a Crispy Chicken Burger Review*I tried their spicy chicken sandwich called the "Coop" and let me just say it was amazing. Based in the dearborn area at least, I think it was as best of a fried chicken burger as you can get. It's definitely top 3 places for me. The outer breading was super crunchy. It was seasoned very well. And their spicy level gives a good kick without overwhelming the flavor. The chicken itself was very tender and delicious. This was a highly enjoyed meal for me. I will most certainly order it again because that's what I call a spicy chicken sandwich that has some integrity!

I ordered an individual pepperoni pizza to try it since it's a pizzeria close to me and it's not a chain ! The pizza was way bigger than what I expected and that was a plus! It for sure has a different taste than those chain pizza, it tasted fresh ! Even re heating it a day after it was still good ! Also another reason why I waited on writing this review.I am not sure but the pepperoni was different, unsure in how to describe it but it was good ! No complaint there.The pizza had enough sauce and cheese! There wasn't a long wait for me to pick it up either.They also gave me a piece of cake from their one year anniversary, I wasn't expecting it ! The cake was so delicious that I had to get the info of the lady that made the cake !! I like this pizza place because it breaks the habit of getting a chain pizza.

Food is good service can be better but for someone helping the less fortunate I wish I can give him 10 stars. Owner deserves the world

If I could go lower then a 1 star i would l. This place has to be the most nastiest place in Michigan. Bad service, disgusting food,the back was dirty, never in my life am I ever coming back here with all respect.

Best calzones I've ever had by far. The steak and cheese and the Nashville chicken ones are big fire!!!! Ranch is on point too!

They make you wait 30+ minutes for your food even if you just have one small item. You wait for so long you would expect the food to be warm. But nope it's cold. If I'm waiting over 30 minutes I expect the food to be burning hot. The bbq chicken pizza barley comes with any chicken or bbq as well

Absolute horrible experience, took 3 different people to explain to the restaurant that we had a bad experience and the guys response is " what do you want me to do". They made our wings competent wrong and we had guest over it was just a slap in the face to hear the man's response. We will never eat from here again.
