Bheema’s Indian Cuisine

An Indian restaurant was needed around the south Lyon area and we are sooo glad Bheemas opened up ...the food always s very delicious , I have tried every item on their menu the veg options and none very disappointing... usually I do a lot of takeaways and I am regular almost every Wednesday endup taking out lunch .I have had in house too a few times the serivce staff are friendly and the ambiance too is all well done. If your in mood for Indian food it's a must visit place and it will for sure become ur go to restaurant!

I enjoyed most of my meal at Bheema's. It serves authentic Indian food with friendly service and a comfortable dining area with Bollywood films on television. I loved the Egg Bonda appetizer, the Cheese Naan, and the Lamb Korma. All flavorful and authentic. I did not like the Egg Fried Rice and threw most of the leftover rice away. It was trying to be a fusion with Chinese cuisine, and it didn't work well. It was lacking in flavor and a bit soggy. I recommend sticking to the curries and ordering a biryani if you want rice. Remember to bring cash. You will save 8% if you pay with cash instead of a credit card.

Ever since we have found Bheema's, we have been regularly coming in. Everything has been so good. I've tried the tandoori chicken, vindaloo chicken, and one of the biryani. We've had the Gobi 65, spinach pakora, bullet naan, onion kulcha, and garlic naan. Everything here is amazing and you can't go wrong. I like some spice, so I have been getting medium. The only thing we have gotten that was too hot for me was the bullet naan but it was still tasty.They have veg and meat options. The menu does not have descriptions, so be prepared to Google, or just point at something random on the menu and order it because everything is delicious. The servers are great and welcoming. The restaurant is on the smaller side but has a homey feel and beautiful wall art.

Appetizers - Dhamaka chicken is the best. Spicy and good flavors Biryanis are nice. But it could be a hit or a miss sometimes. Loved the mango lassi. Ambience & Service - Really nice place. Service was good.

Food was good! And so was the service. We were 7 of us (2 families) and we ordered 4 Entrees- Madras Chicken- Chiken Chettinad- Mirchi Salan- Matar Paneer. Their bread was good too - Bullet Naan, Roti, Kulchas were all good. They do give papad for start as complimentary. Their Chickoo milkshake and Soup was also good! Its a new place with about 15 table the ambience was well done with nice indian pictures / photos! We will visit this place again for sure!

Found out about Bheema's thru Yelp and the reviews were great. It was a bit of a drive from Farmington but it was all worth it when we had a great food and service.This Indian restaurant is actually bigger once you go inside. You can make reservations prior and book their private room if you are expecting 15 or more guests.Their menu has a lot of protein (chicken, goat, lamb), fish and vegetarian options. Appetizers' price start from $5.99, and for the main entree highest rate in the menu for a tandoori promphet is $19.99. Plain naan bread is $1.99 and for soda it's $1.99 each.Very much pleased with the food and the service. Highly recommend Bheema's for anyone who is craving for curries, samosas and mangoo lassi!

Finally something more diverse opened up in New Hudson/Lyon Township area. We got carry out from here and the food was packaged well. The tikka masala and butter chicken were tasty and flavorful, but the portions were a bit small for the price, as you can see from the picture in comparison to the size of my plate. The garlic naan was pretty good. I didn't care much for the samosas though. The basmati rice was also not cooked well. Was a little disappointed.

We dined in and were given complimentary bottled water. They have an extensive menu. We don't eat Indian food very often and had to Google some of the menu items. We ordered the samosas appetizer (3 per order) and it came with a sweet chutney and a spicy sauce. Pretty good! We also ordered the curry lamb (medium) and baingan Masala (medium). The lamb was good and the medium was more like medium+. The baingan is eggplant. The negative is they leave the eggplant stems on which is not pleasant biting into. Otherwise, it was pretty good but we didn't expect it to be so creamy (dairy-based). The entrees came with rice. We will be back to try other menu items!

I'm from out of town, finding this place was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant is very well maintained, very clean, the soft lighting and music created a pleasant ambiance. The food is authentic and delicious. The service was amazing! We were seated immediately, the waiter was kind, patient, helpful and recommended tasty drinks. If you don't know what to order, ask the waiter for recommendations. Highly recommend.

Broad menu and all of the food has been very good. Best Indian restaurant I've found nearby since Spice n Sizzle closed. I do wish there were some explanations about what each dish was. It would help with selection
