Lovely dinner, good space and not crowded at all.Had a Painkiller mocktail: 8.5/10 very tastyFor food, had the Lettuce Wraps appetizer (7.5/10, tasty but the meat is crumbly and a little messy). For main course, got the Bone Marrow Burger (8/10) a little on the pink side per request. Well cooked and good flavor, got the upgraded truffle fries (7/10).Waitress was lovely and super helpful as we were new. 10/10 service!

The restaurant is very pleasant looking. But, it has problems beyond that.We sat at the bar, we like to do that. The pace is a bit quicker, and the service is more friendly and thorough.NOT HERE.We had a hard time getting service. A person could die of thirst there without anyone noticing. The bartenders (3) were alwats busy elsewhere. I got a little tired of continuously waving them down to get drinks and order our food. Place was half full for most of our time, so they were not too busy to pay us some attention. But no, we were not showered with service, even though these bartenders were working and standing no more than 10 feet away. What conversations we did have with them were hard as they barely spoke above a whisper. So food arrives. My wife ordered salmon with the sauce on the side. What arrives is the salmon with sauce BOTH on the side AND on the fish. Odd.My burger arrived, cooked almost the way I ordered it, but all the sides were ice cold. Cooked, but maybe a day or so ago. Not good.Again, they were half full. Odd.We were fired up to like this place, but it did not deliver on many fronts.2 stars would best describe it, no mire.

Great spot for dinner! Easy parking in the street and behind the building. Service was friendly and attentive! Appetizers were HUGE and delicious. We enjoyed the cauliflower and the brussel sprouts! Highly recommend for small groups and couples.

The worst part about this restaurant is that I'll never be able to experience it for the first time again. The food was amazing, service (Sergio) was prompt and friendly, drinks were amazing, and more importantly, the overall vibe of the restaurant is impeccable. The Lamb Pappardelle was next level delicious and | KNOW that the next meal will be just as good. Amazing. Congrats Berkley Common.

So many positives about our experience. The restaurant /bar is set in downtown. At first you think you are entering a casual hang out spot. But then you take a second look when the food and drink options are considered. We chose here for our New Year's Eve dinner. The feta and Brussels sprouts, amazing. Each of our meals used fresh ingredients and were homemade. Nothing came from a can. Excellent mix of flavors that made each one an intriguing adventure. Then dessert. You'd think cheesecake and tiramisu were everyday items you can find anywhere. Well you can. But these two are masterpieces. Our waiter was patient and allowed us to enjoy our meals as well as talk and enjoy time together. Enjoy.

Very limited street parking, medium sized free city lot behind. A clean, large pub space. We did not try the food, but the bartender and staff were nice. He makes his own syrups for the specialty drinks, and they were good. A small but good draft beer selection. There is also a sports bar next door, and Mexican bar/eatery just across the road.

I'm not sure if it was a fluke/bad night, but honestly, the food was really disappointing. It looked way better than it tasted, completely lacked flavor. The service was not great either, however, our waiter did make up for it by bringing us a free appetizer at the end which was something they were testing to see if they will put on the menu. It was a whipped feta spread with tomatoes, beets and I think tangerine and some other toppings. It was actually really good & ironically the thing we didn't even pay for was the best part of our meal. The espresso martini I had was also really good, the bartender brought it over to us himself which I appreciated. It's a cute place and I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately I don't think I would come back.

Phenomenal food, drinks, and service! Cool vibes, and a very friendly, welcoming staff. The GM, Evan, checked on us regularly and delivered exquisite drinks. McKenna was our server and provided stellar service. We were treated so well and can't wait to come back. The food is wow! To start, we had the whipped feta, which was drizzled with honey and served with sourdough. We definitely recommend it.We also had the truffle fries, and the fries were nice and crisp. For my main course, I had the Cacio de Pepe, which was perfectly al dente and so fresh. It's such a difference when it's homemade noodles. My mom loved her burger. Normally, my mom has to add salt and pepper to her burger, but with this burger she didn't need to. She was impressed with how well seasoned it was.For dessert, my mom enjoyed the cheesecake with a mixed berry compote. I loved the vegan chocolate raspberry tart. The drinks are sooooooooo good. Evan helped my mom out with a great gin recommendation. She loves gin and tonic. I had two delicious cocktails. I had the Lavender Haze and the Pain Killer. I loved them both!Easy free parking behind the building. Everything was perfect! You should definitely go here!!!

We held a baby shower in the room above the restaurant. The experience was top notch all the way. The room was set up beautifully, the attention of the staff was excellent and the food was AMAZING! All the food was made from scratch by the chef in the kitchen (even the salad dressing)! Would highly recommend this for any occasion! Plan on going out for dinner with my husband next! Thank you Berkley Common!!!!

We had a table of seven on a Saturday evening. When I arrived, the place was alive with patrons and chatter. The ambiance is nice, although a bit loud for my taste. It's frustrating when you have to yell at your tablemates or turn your ear to them to hear what they are saying. Probably the only way for the restaurant to address this would be to make some acoustical changes in the space. While the noise was a tad off-putting, it was the food that prompted the 3 star rating. I and another person ordered the butternut squash and apple salad, adding chicken. There was a good portion of chicken on the salad for the additional cost, but where in the world was everything else? The apples are cut into miniscule matchsticks and are far and few between. Feta cheese was minimal as was the squash. The onions were the most prominent item on the salad, so basically we were served field greens with onion and chicken.Reading through the reviews I found I'm not the first to mention this, so unfortunately, it doesn't seem as though the restaurant makes improvements based on feedback.Just odd....Apples and squash aren't high cost items, so why be so stingy with them, especially when they are noted in the name of the salad (i.e. the highlight!)?
