Food is really good. We were fortunate to have a very nice weather evening and sat on the patio. The inside seems very small. I highly recommend the steak tartare, whipped feta beet dip, lamb belly and wagyu ribeye. Oh yeah and the tiramisu dessert was amazing. Not sure if that's available all the time. It was my first time there, will definitely go back. Pasta dishes looked great, just didn't try one. Service was very good.

I'm bummed, I can't lie, because they changed their vodka pasta! The last time I was in the area for work, I stopped in and I was SO impressed with the vodka rigatoni with sausage and ricotta. I told everyone at home about it. I tried to recreate it I came back (about a year later) it was not good :( It was dry, the noodles were not a rigatoni shape, they were heavy and too thick and chewy, and whatever sauce I did get felt grainy and not creamy, it didn't even have parsley! I'm sad because the vibe is so cute, the people are great, the fries were good, but the pasta I had been looking forward to was a bit of a let down. Please bring back the sausage rigatoni!

Stopped in to meet a friend for dinner.This was my first time at Beppe. It's a quaint spot, rather small on the inside. The menu is limited, but they offer unique appetizers and entrees. We ordered a Lamb appetizer, Halibut and pasta Ragu. We really enjoyed our food. I had the Halibut and it was cooked perfectly with a lemon sauce. I would definitely make a trip back.

Tucked away from downtown Royal Oak, Beppé promises a gourmet adventure in a contemporary environment that starts with a bang but somewhat fizzles out in unexpected places. Great outdoor patio. **The Starters:** The moment the fresh and delish tartar bites hit my table, I knew I was in for a treat. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my palate. Similarly, the innovative whipped feta salad with beets was a delightful concoction, perfectly balancing creamy and earthy notes.**The Letdown:** Unfortunately, the evening took a slight dip with the Caesar salad. The addition of runny eggs, tomatoes, and capers felt out of place and, to make matters worse, it was overwhelmingly salty. My friend had to send it back. Oddly enough, the waitress retrieved the dish without inquiring if she wanted a replacement, leaving everyone a bit puzzled by the interaction.**Dessert Heaven:** Redemption came in the form of an amazing chocolate dessert. Rich, decadent, and perfectly executed, it was a sweet end to an otherwise uneven meal.**Final Thoughts:** While Beppé excels in certain areas, the overall menu left me wanting. There simply weren't enough enticing options to tempt a return visit. A noteworthy mention for those specific high points, but consistency and service need attention.

Beppé is a trendy spot with a cool, laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal or gathering with friends. The vibe is stylish yet relaxed, creating a comfortable setting to enjoy American fare. The food, however, is decent but not particularly standout. The menu offers the usual favorites--burgers, sandwiches, and salads--and while everything was prepared well, the flavors didn't quite leave a lasting impression. It's a solid choice if you're looking for a place with good ambiance and decent food, but not a destination for culinary excitement.

Location can be everything at times, conveniently located in the opposite direction of the main street and overwhelming amount of traffic and hustle to find parking spot. Beppe with its own little patio and own parking lot stands out. Nice ambiance.Came on Thursday evening to celebrate our friends bday, place was busy that gave me good hopes. The food was hit and miss, odd twist on the classic Caesar salad with runny eggs and tomatoes made it almost uneatable due to the saltiness either cheese or dressing we couldnt figure it out. Tartar that my friend had looked and tasted great. My friends halibut was nicely cooked, the burger seemed dry. I had braised beets and feta app, I liked it. The service was a bit odd, after my friend returned the salad due to saltiness the server did not ask if she can get her anything else just stared and left. The menu and the place gave me mixed feeling I think I will wait on coming back here.

We were a little late to our reservation but the restaurant was very understanding of our circumstances. We got to sit outside and although we didn't need it, they did have some heat lamps if it got too cold. The service was quick and excellent, I thought they were efficient and checked in with us multiple times. The food was delicious! Overall, I feel that Thai food tasted better and is more cost friendly than any of the other Italian restaurants I've been to including She Wolf. I would definitely come back and bring friends here.

A nice place to check out in Royal Oak - it's not big inside but does have a good size covered outside seating area. Menu is not big but what we tried, for the most part was good. Feta with beets was good and came with a side of baguette. Good size to share. Same goes for cauliflower appetizer. Halibut dinner was just right though portion is on the smaller side. So if you are hungry - add an appetizer with it. One dish nobody in my party liked was beppe's version of a Caesar salad. It was too salty, had boiled eggs in it and another unidentified vegetable I think I "fancy" olive that was also very salty. The chocolate cake though made up for it! Delicious and big enough to split.

We've enjoyed a few delicious meals here over the last month. Service is wonderful, food is fresh and homemade. They offer some nice wines and a selection of lovely drinks (including mock-tails) I've enjoyed the ruby red spritz. Make a reservation. We neglected to do so and were seated in a high traffic spot (turned down seats at the bar). Booths look cozy but are for those with reservations.

Beppe is a little hard to find and the indoor space is a bit cramped. It's unfortunate to have such tiny tables when the food style is shareable / tapas / small plates. The service and food were very good, though, so that makes up for the slightly awkward ambiance. I made reservations for dinner with a girlfriend to catch up. We shared the fritto misto, caponata and tagliatelle. We also each had a cocktail. All of it was delicious. I didn't realize they had a parking lot and paid for a meter on the street a couple of blocks away. Note to future guests--they do have a small parking lot, so try that first.
