Whoa we went from sugar to sh*t jimmy johns fast !!!The place opens at 2pm, I ordered at 230pm. I was giving them grace for that because, I ordered delivery, and I typically don't do that; I pick my food up...and that was my 1st mistake. My 2nd mistake was thinking I could actually voice my customer complaints with a rationale person. It is my greatest pride to say that the person I spoke with was the illegitimate manager, who attempted to reconcile what she thought was the issue, buy recreating my sub-par food with-out hearing the actual problem, and not the owner. So, I'll sum it up like this... I'm hungry I order 30 dollars worth of food... wait an hour and a half for delivery.. food arrived soggy, and not cooked thoroughly. I called to speak with a manager to try and rectify the situation. I am cut off multiple times, not able to even tell her with the actual problem was before I'm told that my food will be remade and sent back out to me. An hour later new food arrives. I haven't even opened the box. Thanks, I guess. The delivery driver was very courteous and apologetic though. Kudos to you mam!!!

I like the pizza and never had problems with them making mistakes. The 3 stars is due to the hour an half delivery time. I just pick it up myself now and that takes 45 minutes for them to make it. I get the two med pizzas and bread sticks for $23 which is a good deal. I just wish they could deliver in 45 minutes like other places but other places charge more for two pizzas and bread sticks. The only other places I order from are Jets and Tiffany's.

The BLT pizza had no bacon on it and the parmesan chicken wings came with no sauce. I called and told them to send out the sauce and they replied sauce was on it; there was no sauce on it.Big disappointment, we order frequently and this was the first time we had any problems

Pizza just so so , not real friendly with the toppings they only add few few pieces of meat. but I never knew those rib tips were so good especially when you get them well done. That's my new go to.

One of the only pizza places we order from frequently. Everyone is super nice, food is always good and if there is ever a mistake (very rarely) they are quick to fix! Always a pleasure ordering from them.

The pizza is decent, mostly just overpriced and thrown together. The service is horrible and all of the staff are very young and therefore careless when it comes to timing & customer satisfaction. Every phone conversation is rushed, rude & quite disrespectful. If you dare ask them a question, believe me you are inconveniencing them and they will make sure you know it. MOST IMPORTANTLY, If they give you a delivery time you can safely add an additional 30 minutes onto that, (with no notification of course) I live 1 mile from this location and have never gotten a delivery in less than an hour and 15 minutes (and that is being nice). Management really dropped the ball at this location, even though we have literally zero options for nearby delivery service, I won't be giving them a red cent of my hard earned money ever again. I'm not paying anyone to treat me like crap and waste my time. This place needs to get it together or get gone

Sunday 7/1 6pm. I called to place an order the girl who answered should be making pizzas not talking to customers.Major attitude! I started to give my address had to keep repeating because she was obviously not paying attention. I hung up because she was being rude.My husband called back and after he ordered he said the girl was very rude and did not even say thank you or anything just she just cared about how much of a tip he will leave for the driver.Maybe when people stop ordering from this place they might actually look at their staff.

Wait time is misleading. Ordered a large pizza for pick up. They said it would be about 30 to 40 minutes. I actually waited for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. Also the lady who took my order was not very friendly. I do go to Benito's often, time to find me a new better pizza place
