Benito's Pizza

I cannot believe my eyes right now. Please tell me this is not real, I ordered Benito's not Chuck E Cheese. You can clearly see that these pieces do not fit together and was not freshly made. Unacceptable

i use to work here. personally I wouldn't eat here. they will drop food on the floor and still make it for you to eat, they get high here and mess up orders and do nothing to fix the problem. no one is nice here. they never wash there hands. don't wear gloves either. if your allergic to something they dont care. the drivers don't care about anyone either mixed up orders, messed up or even missing items. they don't care.

We've ordered from this location a few times as they are located near our apartment. We've always had quick service and good food. Today we ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a salad for delivery and were told it would be about 45 minutes. We had our food in like 30, so great job guys!!! Pizza is always very hot when we get it and the salads have tons of veggies on them. We'll definitely keep getting za from here!!

Called and asked to speak to a manager was very respectful and plight Rachel ( if that's even her name because I called back to ask the manager name and the girl asked which one we have male and female manger I said the female and she gave me the name Rachel) gets to the phone with her stanky attitude I told her what I ordered vs what i got and i wanted to be compensated for my pizza not being correct... she said she can't compensate me she can remake the pizza and I can bring back the pizza for a new one with an attitude annnnnnttttt wrong answer I definitely won't be coming back out to bring you back a pizza you made wrong specially because I live on a dirt road and they terrible it's pot hole central yeah right girl so I told her remake the pizza and I'll be up there and I can admit that I won't be going and they can have a extra pizza just because I wanted to match her stank energy. They are so miserable and it shows because they don't want to take care of loyal customers and they attitude stank as heck. Get it together. And with my hard earned $18.01 I won't be back I will order MARCOS from now on What was wrong with my pizza you ask My cheese wasn't melted all the way and they didn't extra butter Parmesan cheese on that dry crust. They left it dry y'all!!!!

Really good pizza. We like the garlic Parmesan crust. Service is almost always very fast and they get the orders right. Not fancy, but it's carry out!

They didn't deliver my total order, claimed I would get credit...the manager promised it would be available the next time I order. I called back to order more food, and to get my credit for what I paid for and the girl manager was rude and nasty about money that was taken from me. I have the right to be upset. Not the first time it has happened, it's always something. Too many other places to order from, lost a loyal customer of over 40 years.

Ordered medium 1 topping pizza. Was a pick up order and was told 20 minutes. Showed up was told a few more minutes. After 10 minutes they lost my order. Manager said here I'll make you a large. Took 15 minutes to make it and made it wrong. Came home with it and threw it away. Horrible horrible customer service. Benito's was always my favorite pizza. I'll take them off my list now.

Absolutely THE BEST PIZZAS in the COUNTRY!! We have traveled around the US & NO PIZZA can stand up to a BENITO'S PIZZA. We always get the same 6 items & have Never been disappointed. I swear it weighs 5#. You have to keep one hand underneath it to carry it. Lots of toppings and Flavor is Out-of-this-World. We now live in Florida. Our first meal out when we come to Belleville to visit family & friends is a Benito's pizza. Can you please open a Benito's pizza in The Villages, Florida? PLEASE! (Sorry no picture, it's Gone! )

Lol, never again. I usually actually never wrote a review good or bad but the disrespect displayed by this restaurant it was all I could do without feeding in to the negative attitude/customer service I had to endure.... So I ordered a large pizza online to be to delivered to my sister house literally on the opposite side of the city from this particular benitos. After a while I decided to call to make sure they actually delivered this far from the shop since in fact I did order online, respectfully. To my surprise I was told they didn't deliver this far which is fine but I was hung up on immediately. Being that my card had indeed had been charge I had to call back, maybe I had to go pick it up. The same guy who sounded like a girl told me they didn't hand up on me (fine) but continued to hang up on me again. This time I was prepared just to speak to a manager but luckily I didn't have to ask because someone else answered in an aggressive manor. I told him that the young lady (which happen to be his son) hung up on me. The man disregarded my concern and proceeded to confirm the delivery was out of range. Ironically my doorbell rang low and behold the pizza had arrived while I was still on the phone with the"manager". He was speechless, I told him he should be ashamed ( I wanted to swoop to his level but I didn't) me and the delivery guys laughed (good guy) I tipped the driver 15$. My appetite was long gone as I signed up with yelp to make this review( my nieces and nephews enjoyed the pizza btw) long story short these people are sick, and miserable. Never again! Instead go to the Benito's willis rd and rawsonville, wayyyy better service, same great pizza.

Only giving a two star because the food wasn't bad and I get times are tough for employees but I ordered took almost an hour and 38 minutes to be delivered when I called to make sure it went through because I didn't get a confirmation the lady was rude and then while waiting at the front door for 45 minutes For my bacon and green pepper pizza and wings I open the box got my wings got a cheese bread -_- never again
