Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

Tried this place out because it is close to the hotel we were staying at. They have a variety of subs/grinders and pizzas; plus other food such as nachos wings, etc.The staff is very nice and the service was pretty quick. The place is take out only (no dine-in available yet -Covid). Our order was a small 8" pepperoni pizza, 12" meat lover's pizza, 7" BBQ Pork, Bellacino's Club, & Triple Decker.The food is awesome & more than enough!!! It is very flavorful and the pizza was cheesy (yum!). Everything we ordered was amazing and the price is reasonable. This is definitely a spot that I would visit again.

This place is fairly close to work so I've visited several times with coworkers. There's rarely a line and food generally comes up quick enough for our lunch hour (usually within fifteen minutes).The employees are mostly young but they all seem very friendly and courteous. I've tried the pepperoni and cheese grinder a few times and the chicken bacon ranch. The chicken tastes a little fake (like prepackaged chicken bits) rather than fresh chicken, but it's passable. No worse than Subway, but for the price it could be better quality. The subs are always served fresh, hot and crispy.They've got plenty of seating, a Coke Freestyle machine, clean bathrooms and BONUS!! a Haagen-Dazs ice cream counter. Bellacino's is a decent place to grab a bite to eat if you're in Dearborn!

Went in today for lunch, typically I eat Mancino's but this was in walking distance. I was greeted promptly upon walking up to the counter. The cashier (Hashem) was very patient and friendly. I was unsure what to order and he allowed me to take my time without feeling pressured.I decided on the Turkey club with no ham with added black olives. Within 10 minutes I had a piping hot sandwich. It was a little dry for my liking, next time I know to ask for Italian dressing on the side. $7.40 +$1.00 tip...i'll be back just not soon.

The sandwiches here are incredible!! Maybe too incredible!! I ate well beyond my capacity! The Steak Grinder was so good that I could not stop eating!! The bread is delicious!! I am eager to go back for more!

The vegetarian pizza was amazing and the stuffing was great too but was not impressed with the nachos chips quality. Moreover the toppings on nachos weren't enough. But would go back for the pizza

I would not recommend this place due to poor customer service, food safety concerns, and little effort to make things right when errors were made. There was no attempt to resolve the issues, leaving a negative overall impression.

Food was delicious and hot. Carry out Service was good Cashier was pleads and apologized for not giving me a whole sandwich I ordered a whole Italian and a whole veggie. Got half Italian. Ordered several grinders online with the intention of picking the items up (to save money on delivery) from the store. Upon arriving at the store we were told they needed to see ID and a credit card to give us our food. When questioned on when this was ever a policy we were told "its on the app". Funny story, we didn't order on any app so we're totally unsure where that "its on the app" statement came from. I have ordered from this store since 2007 and have never once been asked for an ID when picking up my food. Not sure if the employee was having a bad day and just didn't care to give us our food or not but they lost several long term customers today. Definitely need to conduct some remedial training on your employee that was working tonight, her "customer service skills" are nonexistent.Be better

I ordered the Seafood Grinder with extra meat and the Nacho Supreme.Both had lettuce and tomatoes. We smelled the lettuce in the car on the way home. I do not know if it was old, unwashed, or both. I tried to remove the lettuce when I got home but was not very successful. The awful smell was throughout the food. The Seafood Grinder was suppose to come with mayonnaise. Unfortunately, not one drop was on it. So I had a smelly grinder with dry imitation seafood on it.The Nacho Supreme was not much better. It consisted mostly of the smelly lettuce with the tomatoes. Very little cheese and taco meat. Bare tortilla chips lined the the first two layers of the pan on the bottom. No taco meat or cheese.Thank goodness the meal was under $20.00. Honestly, I don't think a hungry dog would have eaten it. Both ended up in my trash. I did not bother to call the establishment. Just will not go back.

I don't know if there is new ownership or if the current owners went cheap. I was at the restaurant a couple of weeks ago, great grinders. I went there today. They're not using their own sub buns, in fact, they're not using sub buns at ALL! It was awful, like trying to eat a sub with nothing to holding in the ingredients. I have been a regular customer since they opened, many years ago. I will NEVER return to this establishment! They closed the eating place again, I get that. However, I think it has to do with their new, awful product. I wouldn't feed this crumbled mess to my dog. BTW, on Michigan Ave in West Dearborn, fairly new sub place called Bulldogs. Excellent subs, nice owners and a great product. Bye , bye Bellacino's, your product is awful, will never return....not sure why you had to change a good thing...
