Was in the area, so decided to place an online order for pick up. Waited the 30 minutes suggested, before heading there to pick up my order. When I arrived, they had my receipt on file, but no where was my order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook and prep my order. I understand that it was busy, but please have some kind of system to take care of your online and phoned in orders. It defeats the idea of ordering ahead. I could of just walked in and ordered, instead of going through the trouble of ordering online. Will stick with Telway then, I guess.
