Basil Indian Bistro

It is a new the area and it is my first visit. The interior is beautiful. I've ordered Butter chicken, Baigan Bharta, and chicken changezi. They are very delicious and the presentation is good. As an appetizer, i've ordered honey chili crispy potatoes. It is still delicious but kind of french fries with the sweet and tangy sauce. The staff is kind and caring. I'd like to visit again.

It's a big restaurant and banquet hall. It's new and modern looking inside. It looks good. Ordered the chicken seekh kebab, gobi chili, honey chili crispy potatoes, Chana masala, dosa masala and Tadka Dahl. $84.80Staff asked us to be patient with the food coming out. It's a bit slow. The chili fries are yummy, spicy. The chicken kafta is dry, still very fragrant and flavorful. It's better with the cilantro chutney and the yogurt sauce makes it more palatable as well. The gobi chili is okay, the chili sauce with the fries is what we expected the gobi chili to taste like, it's different here, still not too bad. The rice isn't my favorite, it's small grain, not the basmati rice I was expecting. It seems dry and almost disintegrates upon adding the tadka Dahl to it. The potato and pea masala is really good. A small portion comes with the dosa masala. The tadka Dahl is runny and the lentils are pulverized to bits, it has more of a soup consistency to it. The dosa is very crispy, maybe too crispy for me. The dosa is good with the mango chutney. The Chana masala was ok. Not quite the flavoring I was expecting or hoping for though. The service here is good, just slow to get the food out. The chili fries were the best out of everything we ordered tonight. They could use this seasoning on the gobi and it would make it so much better.

Absolutely our favorite restaurant in the area! Everyone told me to try it so we went for my birthday tonight and everything was fabulousMy favorites are the vegetable Kashmiri pulav (read description in menu photo) and the paneer pasandaA glass of great Malbec was only $7!The three of us ordered three dishes and an appetizer plus drinks and it was enough food for 6 people- with tip, approx $100- very high quality food for a very nice price Fantastic birthday meal

From the time we walked in to the time we left EVERYTHING was perfect! Food, Service, Ambience was spot on. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting and the staff were all very attentive.

We were excited to try this place with all the great reviews but sadly we didn't enjoy our food. The paneer was really awful. The rest of the food was okay but not our taste. Give it a try and see if it's for you! We probably will pass.

Great food and amazing service.We walked in a little early on a Friday evening, initially we were the only guests in the restaurant. The dining area was very tastefully decorated with quiet Indian music playing in the background. Our orders were taken promptly, we put in an order of Samosas, they came with sweet and spicy chutney. Great tasting but a little on the petite side for the price. My wife ordered Chicken Tikka Masala (her usual) and I asked for a recommendation and ended up with a great lamb dish. Enjoyable dining experience, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful atmosphere, great service and amazing food. Butter chicken was sooo tender! Def get the Chana Masala, it was all medium spiced. Will come back here when on travel.

This restaurant is quite lovely with attentive service. We liked most of the dishes very much although there was one paneer special that was not to our taste. We will continue to return.

Good food with excellent service. Although there is a large sign by the front entrance that reservations are required, they were able to seat us right away even without a reservation. The staff was prompt and attentive, creating a welcoming environment. The restaurant has amazing ambiance, very chic. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food, friendly staff, and generous portions! My sister went here a few weeks ago and I got to try her leftovers. Everything was delicious so I had to come here myself to get Basil's Paneer Pasanda. This dish is rich and saucy, full of flavor and accompanied by rice. We also ordered a lamb dish and chicken dish which were juicy and full of flavor.
