This place was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was superb. The option to make your own burger was a hit with our group, although some of us ordered from the menu, and those dishes were outstanding as well. It's a cute and clean establishment that can get busy quickly. We visited during off-peak hours, so there was plenty of seating available. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. We will be back soon!

The burgers here are always fantastic, and I love the endless options for customization--it's so much fun to build exactly what you're craving. Whether you want classic toppings or something more adventurous, they've got you covered, and the flavor never disappoints! Unfortunately, the cocktails are very hit or miss, and honestly, drinks leave a lot to be desired. I tried what seemed to be their take on a spicy margarita, and it ended up tasting like watered-down Koolaid with a splash of alcohol--not great. If you're coming, I'd say skip the drinks and focus on the burgers. That said, if you're looking for a place that has both amazing burgers and delicious cocktails, you might be able to find a better option elsewhere.

The food was good. The fries were the best though. They were crispy on the outside and like mashed potatoes inside. The burgers were all cooked to perfection each person at my table ordered it a different temperature and it all came up correctly. Onion rings left a little something to be desired they were definitely overcooked to the point of not even having an onion inside. And I'm not sure how I feel about all the a la carte editions as far as toppings. But the service was great The atmosphere was nice lots of TVs to watch sports plenty of creative alcoholic beverages. We got sat right away in our server was responsive. I would go back.

I've been there a few times and it's always delicious. The service is fast and good! I'm a vegetarian and the black bean burger is the best I've had in a restaurant. I will try the impossible meat next time. I also like that there is an arcade attached, makes it a fun atmosphere.

I came to BBB one night with a group of friends. They were very accommodating to a large party who showed up on a whim. We had a variety of food which everyone seemed to enjoy. It was chilly since it's located in the basement so I was glad that I had a jacket with me. I will return soon to enjoy another burger.

Good service and ambiance. The burgers and sweet potato fries were good. I am gluten free and the gluten free bread was pretty good here. My only complaint is the shape of the bread made it so I had to use a fork and knife to eat the burger. Overall pretty good!

My wife's sweet potato fries were cold and soggy, and they gave her a new order. My summation is they are too expensive for what you get. A $12 hamburger and $5 onion rings should be memorable... it wasn't. My wife's one mixed drink was $13.

Thought this was a cool little place. Bartender was very friendly. I went one night when they had trivia so that was entertaining. I ordered a sampler where I picked mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers and Mac and cheese bites. Everything was good besides the Mac and cheese bites were for sure that low quality frozen food crap you can but at your local grocery store. Guy next to me did a build your own salad. It was massive! It looked good too so maybe I'll get that next time.
