The pad see-ew is fantastic the heat level in mild+ was perfect for me.I also tried both the Tom Yum and crispy spring roll and found them to be excellent. The drive thru pick up window makes it efficient and easy to do.

Still exploring for that go to spot for Thai in Rochester area. Tried the Pad Thai with chicken medium plus and it held up to many other decent pad Thai I have had. Wasn't amazing or as large a portion as others I have enjoyed, but good. Will go here again for takeout as this is not a sit down restaurant and see what else might better impress me as I have had some good Bangkok Cuisines in the area and some not so good. Not bad, not great. Suggest trying and seeing what you think for carry out.

Apologies in advance.So I ordered food from Bangkok cuisine last night, Friday, April 5, 2024 at 8:06 PM for the first time. I ordered Pad cashews with chicken and Pad Ped with tofu. The food was exceptional and very large portions, not enough rice though but that didn't matter because the main dish was phenomenal... However, Pad Ped is supposed to have EGGPLANT according to their menu! This below is copied from their online menu. * PAD PED GLUTEN FREEEggplant, white onions, green peppers, and mushrooms in red curry and coconut milk.This is the part that gives them one star.... Customer Service! Whoever this lady was that answered the phone at 12:30 PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024 was the rudest person ever. First off she said she answered every call today but didn't? It rang 2-3 times then click every time! Or it rang & a rang until it went to that recording to enter a pass code for their voicemail which they don't have.They close at 8:30 PM. I called them immediately when I got home several times NO answer at 8:36 PM. Apparently they left early the rude lady said because they "don't get many orders after 8pm". I even drove back over there at 8:43pm nobody was there it was completely dark so I showed there was no eggplant whatsoever to the drive-through camera.Today I called at 12:30pm & they just picked up the phone & hung it up many times. Then I call from my wife's phone, same thing. This is restaurant that accepts phone orders & is open for biz, this is bad biz! So then I use a local Michigan number to call since our numbers are from California & she finally answers my call! Amazing!She went and spoke with the chef, apparently he was the one working last night, he said he knows for sure there was eggplant because he put it in there himself, basically the customer, is lying! BS! I'm not stupid! I am a chef, graduated culinary school in 2006, have been a chef so for 20+ years! Then she asked me "what do you want me to do? Can you bring it back, we can add MORE eggplant." What eggplant there was NONE! This was last nights dinner, I had to go buy Chinese eggplant at the grocery store, stir fry it, add it to my dish & reheat it!Then she says that "it's not an eggplant dish, it only has a few pieces of eggplant in it & it was in there you must of missed it!" This infuriates me because I am a Chef! I know what eggplant is and this the only reason I ordered this dish was for the eggplant which is the first ingredient on their menu! I know how to read ingredient labels!So today after calling to let them though they forgot to put eggplant in my dish last night at the end of our conversation, I said "thank you for the 30% discount offer but your chef is lying" she angrily said "whataaattt??!!!!!" & hung the phone up on me. Sadly I'll never order from this location again, I don't want my food F#%k'd with because I made them mad by pointing out their mistake & asking to be for some sort compensation for my $40 order & 15% TIP on a to go order! VERY RUDE! I'm pretty sure it's a family run biz, when I said the chef was lying it must of been a relative or spouse which is why she got so angry with me. The girl (Angelina I believe) that took my order was very very nice & polite, today it was someone else. My receipt says Angelina on it, so I'm guessing that's the nice girl that took my order last night & handed me the food at their pick up window out back. I don't have the name of this woman I spoke with today. Every restaurant I've ever been to in my 43 years on the planet has always fixed their mistakes or corrected it however they could, as I've been in the restaurant industry since 1997. It's to keep your customers happy, & correct your mistakes & give the customers what they ordered to prevent disgruntled customers from leaving reviews like this & losing money in the future. Lluckily they have two locations & I'll frequent the other location in Rochester Hills. Hopefully their food is just as amazing because it's the best Thai food I've found here in Metro Detroit Michigan since we moved to Michigan from SoCal 3 years ago. It'll be worth the trip!

What a wonderful discovery. I fortunately came across this little gem yesterday while driving North on Squirrel Road. I ordered the Pad Thai with squid, mild plus. It was unbelievably delicious, surpassing my expectation. The service was excellent and everything was clean and cozy. I will definitely make sure to return again the next time I'm in the area.

We ordered take out yellow curry. The flavors were just not the typical flavor I associate with a yellow curry. We will have to give it another try maybe in the future.

I wanted to try and like this small little restaurant but I am just not a big fan. Its a tiny shop with not many seats but that's fine since they primarily cater to people who want take out. When we walked it for lunch on a Saturday it was completely empty, no one was in the front register and no one was in the kitchen. For a good couple minutes I thought they were closed but finally someone came out from the back to take our order. I decided to order the garlic fried rice with beef. I thought it was a simple dish that couldn't go that wrong but it was subpar to my expectations. The beef was bland and the rice barely had flavor. At least the service from the staff there was decent. Overall, I am just not a fan of this place, I came in hungry and left hungry because it just wasn't worth finishing my food.

Long detailed review and it's not good! Gone way down hill!! Food isn't good anymore and the help (new girl) is HORRIBLE and Absent minded! She needs to find a different job because she will drive this location to go out of business very quickly as she hangs up the phone with never taking your order! Been coming to this location for over 10 years. Was always top notch! Then about a year ago new people took over. It's been a steep decline since! 5 months ago even less-knowledgable people run this place. Nobody knows how to take an order and the food is missing ingredients! Bad bad bad!! Do NOT go here!! Ordered PAD BAI GRA PROW ... same dish I order all the time. No flavor ... just a ton of heat. The spices were left out. Sad. Spring rolls were ordered with "Crab Ragoon sauce" and was charged for it! I told them I didn't want extra sauce, just the different one. (they are all sugar based sauces (not $)). So I got the wrong sauce and was charged for extra which I did not get. NOT ENOUGH Rice! Dinner portion with a 1/2 cup of rice! What the Hell is going on in this place???!!! The "new" girl that waits on people could only say is "I'm new here". She's been there over a month! How long does it take to learn to take orders on the phone?!?. She just hangs up on you after you've been holding for 15 mins.

Good food and fast service. Great tasting Asian food for a good price. I like to stop here for carry out dinner on the way home.
