Although the staff is friendly, cleanliness and hygiene are not important to them. Watching them make nachos bare handed after handling money and wiping their nose made me lose my appetite.

Honestly I don't have bad to say about Bambino's but I also don't have anything great to say about Bambino's. The pizza is good, nothing to write home about, the service is great! I've been coming here for years and have never had a rude or unpleasant experience. If you're in the mood for quick, this is the place to go.

3 separate times they screwed up the same order! Just wanted a pizza sub with jalapeños... how is this hard?? So to fix the original screw up the 2nd attempt no pizza sauce , fml I called and said you forgot the sauce , 3rd attempt they put Alfredo sauce on it... clearly don't buy subs from here Pepperoni Pizza subs , seriously not it

Not bad for a local place. We were hungry after a long day in the road. Really wanted veggies. So ordered Greek salads and cheese pizza (think crust) to share. Both salad and pizza were pretty tasty. Salad dressing was Ken's in a pouch but the veggies were fresh and crisp.

35 minutes over expected delivery time (1 hr and 20 minutes total) they blamed that on Slice (delivery app) Pizza was cold, pop was warm. Called to tell them, rather than correcting the situation or offering an apology, they argued that it was "impossible for my pizza to be cold because he has delivered pizza before and knows it's impossible". Also, the pop is supposed to be warm Who knew. Terrible customer service

I ordered for my family but was very hesitant because of some reviews. First let me say that they have a private driver NOT DOOR DASH after 5:00 pm. And he was wonderful! The food was fantastic. Ordered a large cheese pepperoni and sausage pizza, ham n cheese sub French fries and cheesecake. It all arrived hot and tasted like what you get from the East. Was very pleased.

NY style? That's a joke, right? The slices are all miss matched in size. Not one was "NY style" size. The dough is not fresh. Day old at best. The crust is thick, yes, but not crisp. It's like eating stale bread. The crust beneath the topping is thin, but far from pliable. You can fold with two hands and a knife. Eating it is like chewing rubber. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. Perhaps if you're from Toledo this is a great pizza, but if you've ever left this place, you know it's garbage made with 2-4 day old ingredients and not worth more than $7. Do yourself a favor and go to Little Cesar's instead. At least then you'll only pay $7 for a 7 pizza.
