Brunch all the time at crunch time all day here. You are able to smell the aromas from the parking lot. That is always an indication you are at good place. I love here also because it's always a good mixed crowd. It comes more alive with the service and nice clean bathrooms. The coffee is still good here I just can't believe I didn't post a review sooner. That's is all. Chief There are 2 types of Yelpers I understand. Those I enjoy having as friends and those that I throat punch for making passes at my wife.

It was suggested this was a must go to. I called for reservations but nada. Parking was not a challenge. It was in the back and the area for Parking is shared by several restaurants & eateriesNice walk up, probably pretty in spring & summerThe line didn't take longOnly only complaint is we were on a narrow hallway with doors opening onto both men & women's restrooms. When we were seated the joy began. The mix of customers were mixed races..Alot of families... Our waitress, Jathiya. was extremely friendly and helpful. I wished hot tea was available... The food was simply Amazing We shared grits/ catfish. Breakfast roll and these cute tasty milk worthy puffs of sweetnessOne of the few times I didn't even think about using the hot sauce that was brought without asking...it felt like it would have insulted the food. From the various textures to the delight with each chew it was wonderful. There was a lady who seemed to be watching the room to make sure everything went smoothly. As I was thinking about the need for more napkins they appeared on the table. It was like we were welcomed into someones home for brunch. We are definitely going back with friends & Family.

So this would be my second time at this place and let me say guys 10/10 recommend. Idc how long I have to wait baby I'm waiting. The food was amazing, like for real better than the first time I went. The place is very clean and nice modern looking the only thing is the front door is definitely right at the tables so winter timeDining is best in the back of the place. Summertime it's very cute cause they can open the doorway and windows up. My server was so sweet I wish I could remember her name. However let's move to the food I had cat fish and grits and they gave me all I needed I also had eggs scrambled and they were thee fluffiest I ever had so good.

I have been a few times and I have always had a great experience the food is always hot and fresh. The building isn't that big so it is typically a long wait to be seated. I think it is worth the wait. The French toast was so good and flavorful, I love that have non pork meat options because I don't eat pork, the turkey sausage and beef bacon was great. Be prepared for an extensive wait. They do not take reservations or call ahead seating. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and well managed. Some tables feature a street view. Avoid the table next to the hostess stand. It gets crowded by patrons waiting for tables. Ambiance includes high and low top seating with square table tops and booths. There is no bar/alcohol. The food is so good that you won't care. Fresh ingredients and sizable portions. The server was nice, but not the most attentive. It's a busy season and we assumed she was overwhelmed. Surrounding team members pitched in to ensure we had what we needed. Seems like a supportive working environment which is a big plus. We will be back our next visit to Michigan.

Nice brunch experience! Joined my sisters for brunch and the food was great! You will have a little wait to be seated but it's worth the wait. Our orders came out pretty quick too. The cat fish and grit w/gumbo sauce is simply delicious comfort! One of my sisters ordered the El Camino Omelette w/ a to-go side of grits(which are sooooo yummy). My other sis ordered Chicken n Waffles. First visit was a WIN!

Wow!!! I'm in Detroit for the buffalo bills game, my granddaughter found this place on ticktock, in her words " absolutely spectacular " the pictures don't do it justice, the place is a well oiled machine, we were seated right away, table for 6, we ordered peach cobbler pancakes, catfish and grits, Louisiana trio, cinnamon French toast, the sausage is beef or turkey, jalapeño, everything we ordered came out quick, and was delicious, beignets and breakfast egg rolls with the dipping sauces, if you want a great brunch here's yours place! Hopefully they won't charge the cooks before you get there, the place is tight for seating, service was on point, the portions are huge and the prices are not bad
