Visited Authentikka for the Sunday brunch.I love brunch buffets and Indian brunch buffets are kind of rare, so was excited about this. The menu included dosa selections, Idli, Vada, pongal, poori, aloo masala curry , chicken curry, rawa kesari, tea and fruit punch. While the idli ,vada sambar and pongal were good, the poori was very oily and both the gravies tasted average. So did rawa kesari- was mango flavored which was coming on too strongly.I would give 3.5 stars only because of the live dosa counter. We tried masala dosa and chill paneer dosa and both were really good. Thanks to the dosas, the brunch didn't disappoint on a whole but left me wanting for other common breakfast items like aloo paratha, bondas, poha may be ( I will have to check if it is listed as a south indian buffet) I would recommend this place for the dosa lovers. For the dosa selection in menu especially for the price (11.99 per person), I may go back after a few months. And yes, the service was prompt and the staff very friendly which I think deserves a mention.

We went for a lunch buffet on a Saturday.. food wasn't too great considering it's a weekend when people are likely to eat outside. Biryani was decent and they didn't serve naan which most restaurants serve it hot at the table. I will not go here for lunch buffet when I have other options available around.

This place was amazing. The food was one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at! In addition to great food, the service was wonderful...from the time you walk in you are greeted with welcoming smiles and everyone is very attentive. I highly recommend you try this restaurant

Went back for lunch. Again I had the butter chicken. It was as good as the first visit. Perfect level of spice for me. My husband likes the tiki marsala. The waitress told me to try the tandoori chicken next time. I also love their samosas and the onion kulcha was fantastic. The place is located between The China Chef and a Jet's pizza on Rochester Rd. They have a buffet on Thursday night that we are going to try next. We actually live in Lansing and come to Rochester Hills to visit relatives. We think this restaurant is worth a try.

Goat curry, chicken curry and paneer maslaa were sweet. Yes, sweet! Buffet ran out of items and you just sit there in the middle of your meal waiting. You get better service at a broken water fountain in the middle if a desert. There is this vibe that no one cares. This is not Indian food. Definitely not North Indian. Not authentic and no tikka!
