Asian Corned Beef

Its addictive. I only go to ACB because of the Eggrolls so that's my review. Do not let the locations or the appearance of the buildings stop you from getting your ACB!!Its a plain, no frills, order at the bulletproof glass window and wait for your food Some spots take cards, most are cash only...be prepared type place. But its clean enough (says the girl who eats out of taco trucks and gas stations weekly). They wear hairnets and beard nets too. Make sure you order your sauce at the window with your food because they charge extra. My preferred is the thousand island. They have a variety of eggrolls. Most range in the 2.50-4 dollar price range. Theyre worth in my opinion. They are made to order. So its fresh. My favorites are....Spicy with cheese, its ground beef, cabbage, spicy peppers and cheese. The regular corned beef and cheese eggroll. The pastrami and cheese roll. But you really cant go wrong. The greasy crispy outside wrapper combined with creamy cheese and sturdy bite of meat is heaven to your tastebuds.

I ordered 6 egg rolls on 2/20/22. They're $2.75 each which totals $16.50, but I was charged $23.85. I informed the lady that wasn't right, she tells me that's taxes. I told her that's no way taxes is that much. My total should of been $17.49. With an attitude she said I'll just give you your money back. I told her to give me my money back and she's wrong. She began to curse at me, calling me a broke bitch and a bum. Then threw my changes at me through the slot. She needs to be fired. Apparently, they're scamming the customers and forcing tips.

Ew.The macaroni salad was rancid and so was the meat in the lobster roll. I threw it out when I got home. Goto 7 mile/Woodward instead.

Where have corned beef egg rolls been all of my life? I am the perfect target demographic and it took me decades to find Asian Corned Beef. Yes, it is in the neighborhoods of Detroit, but come on folks, spend your money in our largest city.It is easy to find the Wyoming location. It's between the Lodge Freeway (M10) and the Jeffries Freeway (I 96) on Wyoming. The egg roll menu is on the wall and you can order by number. They were out of the Pastrami, so I Ordered corned beef and cheese and corned beef cabbage and cheese. The corned beef is the real deal -- not the Kowalski variety and it goes extremely well inside an authentic egg roll wrapper. My only complaint is that the only "dipping sauce" provided was the usual plum/duck sauce. A deli style mustard sauce would have great. But, the taste was fantastic. A can't wait to return for pastrami and cheese. Well worth the drive and to support a great neighborhood establishment.

It was good and the service was fast Guy hooked me up with some extra sauce. Fresh corned beef and the peppers have great flavor. The cheese is very rich so you can't eat too many cheesy ones. Two or three my limit. They fill you up. Can't say enough about them. I also like the E 7 mile location

Have you ever had a Corned Beef Egg roll with Cheese??? Or an Egg roll with Ground beef & Cheese?? Probably not. You don't find these types of foods in traditional restaurants, but Asian Cornbeef is known for just that. At $3/ piece, people eat Corned Beef egg rolls for dinner. I prefer that traditional ground beef/cheese egg roll (mild). They also have corned beef sandwiches (they have gotten smaller since they moved back to this location a few years ago). They serve grilled hot dogs, pastrami sandwiches, pork chop sandwiches, and deviled eggs. Don't forget the desserts which include pineapple upside down cake and chocolate cake too. It is located on Wyoming right off Schoolcraft and there is decent parking. If you are in the area it is near I-96 freeway or 5 minutes from the Lodge (if you are in the area for whatever reason you can call in your order & pick it up). Only a couple of tables to sit at and mainly it is carry put. NOTE: They have an east side location and the spot they are in was there original spot over 10-20 years ago. (They moved & then came back with a remodeled store that is very nice). You will see the owner, Kim there daily working behind the counter too.

2.5 starsTried this place while driving by. Kinda pricey for one egg roll for $3, but hey, maybe i thought it came with two.l from pictures. Only one, thought the corn beef egg roll was decent, kinda on the cheesy side, if ur into cheese then yes. I felt like the cheese over powered the corn beef and didnt Really taste it. I also tried the devilled eggs. I got it to go, so it was wrapped in plastic wrap, not very pretty lookong at all, tasted decent, not amazing as others said. Have low expectations at this place and it'll probably be a good meal for u. I had high expectations due to yelp.. Boo. But the food comes out fast! And is im a ghetto area, but is super convenient off the highway, so u can jump right back on after u pick up the food.

I'm giving it a 2 star because the meat was fresh and the taste was good . BUT the price definitely do not match the quantity! extra bread is added in the middle of the sandwich to take up space where the extra meat should be. very skimpy on the meat spring rolls tasted mainly dough. They take CASH payments only..... can only imagine why that is; had to go to a nearby gas station to get cash off my card and fight through panhandlers. And be careful driving through their bumpy car lot. whew that's was a lot . NEVER AGAIN

Ordered an extra large corned beef but what I got was bread in the center, The corned beef was dry not what I ordered. I'm not satisfied will continue to go to Mr corned beef no star
