Anastasia and Katie's Coffee Shop & Cafe

A hidden gem in the Livonia area. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff in an extremely warm manner and loved the interior design. Everywhere I looked, something new caught my eye. Love the whole meaning behind this shop, that it openly advocates for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and supports an inclusive and supportive environment that in turn supports the community.I went with the Unicorn Hot Chocolate and was very impressed with the taste. The marshmallows and sprinkles on top was such a sweet touch and I loved that the temperature wasn't boiling hot.I am very excited to try out some of their other MANY menu items and urge you all to give them a try if you can! Wonderful owners, employees and the menu is so unique and affordable!

I was headed to my next destination this morning and was looking for a coffee shop and stumbled upon Anastasia's. This coffee shop is about inclusivity and hiring people of different backgrounds including disabilities. It's a beautiful shop which is a nonprofit organization. They opened right before Covid and stayed open due to donations. We have to do what we can to help this place thrive. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and Danni is such a joy. The coffee is good too. I ordered my typical latte and my son got a hot chocolate. I'm looking forward to coming back.

I saved this coffee shop on Yelp a few years ago and I'm not 100% sure why I did. I must have seen a video online or something, but I finally stopped by. To my surprise this coffee shop was so cute and small. Very vintage very girly and pink and very family owned in a good way! The workers were very nice and it was relatively slow on a Wednesday afternoon. I asked what they were known for (in hopes of jogging my memory of why I saved this place) but the worker didn't really have an answer so I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and milk. The coffee was good, strong, so I added some sugar, but it was good and only $3.75!I have nothing negative to say about this coffee shop, kind of like any other, but it wasn't bad!

Decor was interesting and whimsy; pale pinks, greens, and turquoise palette, B&W checkered tiled floors; chill music; brightly lit. Kinda has 50s ice cream shop vibe.Service is reasonably good. Staff were kind, mostly knowledgeable, and friendly. They intentionally promote awareness and welcome the special needs community.Standard menu: pastries, breakfast, and sandwiches; espresso drinks, teas, and bottled drinks. Higher quality coffee, and REAL cream was offered, though mini moos were at the condiment station. Seats 13, literally; seems good for single dining or with a companion to drink quietly and stare at each other because you can hear everyone's conversations since you're about within arm's length of each table. It felt a bit stifled in this space.Bonus: resale store next door, if you like antique shopping.

First time here. This is a very cute spot for a nice cup of coffee/hot chocolate. This is not a halal food spot but you can always order their sandwiches without meat. The staff was very nice and friendly. The inside is super cute as well. They have a small dining area inside and one table outside if you want to enjoy the nice weather! Update:I was contacted after they received my voicemail messages on their answering machine. The representative took the time to apologize to me and explain to me there was a setting in the coffee machine that was not properly set and he performed maintenance and properly calibrated the coffee machine and offered me a gift card for my inconvenience. We had a great conversation and he explained to me the non-profit business model they have here, and all the good they are doing within the rehabilitation community. I will definitely go back and give them another chance !!

Super charming. I love their business model. These folks are ultra friendly. It's a smaller place but cozy for sure. Great coffee. Nice menu. I'll be back.
