Everything we ordered was very fresh and very delicious. The atmosphere is cozy. We sat at a 1/2 booth (1/2 chairs & 1/2 bench) with Mexican style pillows, very comfortable. The server was so nice! I want to go back just to see her again, well and the food too! I had the steak campechano, We also ordered 2 chicken tacos and a beef taco for a four year old. Their salsa and chips were very fresh and homemade. We actually took some leftovers home.

Not good food. Hopefully someone outside of Plaza in the area decides to care about Mexican food soon. Chicken burrito was garbage. Everything else was meh... if you like this, you go to TB for Mexican on the usual.

Twelve stars for Amigos!! OMG we just finished such a feast! No wimpy portions or flavors here. We couldn't decide so we had tacos locos, chicken quesadilla, crispy wrap, chicken fajita bowl, fish tacos and fresh made chips from their fresh-made tortillas. No idea they would offer such huge portions. There was a guy at the counter eating a special burrito - he needed two hands to get around that thing and it looked awesome. We hadn't been to amigos for a bit- our loss- and their new location in the village of GP is getting all the press but the chef and staff here at this location really deserve a round of applause!

Amigos Street Tacos gets most of its business from carry out, but dine in is also an option. My entire order was served in less than 10 minutes. The birria tacos and chips and salsa were pretty good. The al pastor, chorizo, and suadero tacos along with a tamale were just average. The California quesadilla and mangonada were shoddy, to say the least. The churros were surprisingly the best part of the meal. If you're looking for convenience, Amigos is a decent spot to check out.

Literally Taco Bell is better. I got a chicken quesadilla and rice. The chicken was soooooo dry and over cooked, the tortilla was dry and brittle. The "Spanish" rice was neon orange/red. No idea wtf it was. Never going again. Yuck yuck yuck!!

Traditional style Mexican food in heart of St Clair Shores. Highly recommend trying the "Spicy Street Corn" made with flaming hot Cheetos, Mexican cheese and corn.To quench your thirst try the Mangonada. It is sweet, tangy, and a little bit spicy. The Tamarindo Candy Straw adds to the presentation and is a nice sweet fruit roll up taste.

The food has been decent for a while but after today I will absolutely never go back. I've been a regular for a while now despite some pretty terrible customer service at times. Today, I ordered three chicken tacos & added avocado & hot sauce. $13.25.Halfway through my meal, I noticed something very inedible in my food. It was stringy & hard to even break with my fingers. I went back to the restaurant to show them & ask for a refund. They said it was "from the tomatoes or or peppers" and said they could not give me a refund, but I could have the # of the manager. I went to my car to call the manager, and after sending her a photo of whatever nasty thing was in my food, she said she would call the store & have them refund me my money. Literally no apology from anyone, and when I went inside to get my refund, the cashier said not one word to me, just handed me my cash. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered through GrubHub and my order was here super fast. (I realize part of that was GrubHub but they did get the order ready fast.) I should've taken pictures of the tamales because they were large and they were absolutely delicious but I was so excited that I ate them without a photo. Lol.

5 starts! The tacos are impeccable *chefs kiss*. We always get the birria tacos with the spicy street corn and it's a hit every time. Everything on the menu is fresh and yummy I honestly am writing this to brag on their behalf. Portions are great, prices are reasonable, clean place, and extremely friendly staff.
