Amicci's Pizza

Just ordered 7 large pizzas for my staff at the Public Safety Headquarters - best pizza ever! The regular crust was fabulous.....I ordered cheese, all meat, pepperoni, Hawaiian and BBQ Chicken. They were all hot, tasty and perfectly cooked. When I ordered from the website, they indicated the order would be on-site at noon - 45 30 minutes after order....it arrived at noon.I will most definitely order from Amicci's Pizza again and again!

Bad customer service seem like the guy had a attitude taking my order and then gave me the wrong order and will not remake it. Then I had to pick certain toppings off my pizza. I should've went to Little Caesars instead.

I came because this place was convenient and because they sold pizza by the slice. Definitely is an old school place with the family working in the back. Their pizza is packaged up. The pizza was a thinner and bigger version of Detroit style pizza. Unfortunately I can tell it was in the storage oven a while. I got the last 2 slices. The prices are decent I got a free soda for getting 2 slices.

This used to be our go-to. It was delicious and consistent every time. Then something happened and every time we order thinking it's going to be better... it's not. The last 2 pizzas including todays "Deep Dish" have been flat. The few previous were slightly better, but not by much. Gone is the delicious chewy crust and love that used to show in how these pizzas were made. For what gets delivered you might as well go get one of those $5 hot and ready pies and save $20. The people are nice, the drivers are nice and quick, but the pizza.... It's a solid no for us. I'm just going to have to remove the app so I stop ordering and stop being disappointed.

False advertisement. Website not only says they deliver to my zip code, it explicitly says "We deliver anywhere with minimum order." Called to make order and owner argued repeatedly, insisted that's not what their website says, they don't deliver to this part of this zip code anymore, etc. Got belligerent and said I can call it whatever I want, they're not going to deliver to me regardless.Steer clear of this lying business and its incredibly rude and disrespectful owner.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called, took 10 minutes to complete an order, they can't use loyalty points for a different address. The person on the phone hung up on me twice. Pizza is usually good. But good God that was pathetic. Going to save the money and get little ceasers across the street

You can order a pizza but make sure you request for it to be cut. My last order from here was cold and the pizza wasn't even cut. Called back and the manager I spoke to laughed like it was funny. Said ohh it happens. I was tempted to return the food. But the kids were hungry. Won't order from here ever again. Lived in sw all my life. Won't spend another dollar there ever

I'm sorry for taking a chance at Amicci's. I had the tip dinner. I knew going in. really good tips are hard to find....thanks for trying Amicci's.

I had a simple carry out order, my husband picked it up, when I open the bag with the salad, I was very unhappy. I ordered a simple mixed green salad, only to receive some crappy iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes, a few yellow peppers, and a mound of green and black olives. ICK! My husband and I both hate olives! This is no salad even described on the menu! We live about 12-15 mins. away, wasn't going back to exchange it. Don't know if I will ever get anything from here again. When I called to complain, they hung up. I wouldn't recommend this place for carry outs.
