Stopped in while on a day trip to Michigan. It was clean, bright, and the server was quick. They only made 6 wings instead of the 9 my son ordered and the server looks at my hands, after my son stated the fact, I mean, I was busy with my delicious omelet, I didn't hide the wings... after my raised eyebrows a look like (wtf) they made three to round out the 9, and he said they were good. My western omelet was delicious. The ratio of cheese to veggies and ham was perfect. They were grilled BEFORE going into the omelet, which isn't always done. Real cheese, not nacho cheese garbage. Hashbrowns were amazing too. Lightly salted and hot! Very filling and I only ate half. Cute place, well priced, friendly and worth the stop.

Perfect diner breakfast. They have everything you could want, plus half orders & sides of items you don't have to order the full amount if you want variety-which I do. I don't want just eggs or just French toast. One of each please. The pancakes were really really good, super fluffy. Everything was simple (eg syrup in the little single serving containers) but fresh & hot.

Not a fan. Came here for breakfast and while they were not busy, everything felt kinda dingy and dirty. Waitress was nice but abrupt. Food was hot and edible. Maybe it was the day we were there but nothing great about the experience.

First time dining here! Husband and I stopped by after doing some shopping on a cold December day. They had a wide variety of lunch specials. Husband opted for the club sandwich and soup and I got the blt with soup and fries. We also ordered fried mushrooms. The soup came out first, beef vegetable, very quickly, and it was amazing! Perfect for the cold weather. Broth was great, chunky veggies and very filling. The mushrooms came out next, very good. Then shortly after the sandwiches. Mine was very large and my husband's was cut in quarters. Both sandwiches were very delicious and very filling. Definitely a great atmospheres and the service was top notch. She offered both boxes and to go drinks for the road. Very very impressed.

I have been at least 5 times and ordered something different each time. The last time I went, before I got to order I seen the waitresses use the cups to scoop ice (there's a designated scoop) I thought nothing major until I seen her eat off a customers plate before taking them their food.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. This young waitress tried to immediately deny my daughter a kids meal without even asking her age. Then she just decides to take her break right after we made a bit uncomfortable. The other waiter begins to help us and I ask for a refill on for my daughter and he said kids get no free refills. Mind you on their menu it says nothing about that or an age limit. So I ask for a manager and guess who returns from her break and says she's the manager yup that's right the first waitress we had. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was ok but the place looked nasty. My family and I will not be coming back.

I ordered my food online. When I arrived to pick my food up, which was paid for, there was no one to give my food to me. I got in the cashier line, big mistake. She was not handling her job so well, so I asked her if there was someone who could help me, all I needed was my food that was paid for. The nasty old woman replied, "Yeah. Me. When I'm done." The nice lady in front of me asked her to please help me! Someone else finally helped me. And the convenience fee they charge? Must be for their convenience, not mine. As of today, I have tried twice to call and talk to a manager. Each time, I have been told that their wasn't a manager there to help me!! Rude staff, mediocre food.

As a server myself this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called and ordered on the phone and the woman was rude from the start. She said she had a hard time hearing me, which happens, so I did everything in my power to ensure that she could hear my order. And I even confirmed what I had ordered at the end of the call. I arrive to pick up my food and once again ask the woman if this is what I ordered. She once again confirmed. We get home and open what should have been two chicken shawarma sandwiches and instead was two lamb shawarma dinners. When my dad called back to inform her that the order was completely wrong the woman said she couldn't hear me and "took me through all the prompts" when ordering. Not a single Im sorry or offer of fixing it all she had were rude, and sorry excuses. I would never speak to a customer like that myself or inherently blame them for serving them the complete wrong food. If you can't hear someone well on the phone repeat the order back plain and simple.

This has got to be the worst place ever to eat, their service is horrible and the food taste like actual shit. The bathroom floor looked like it, had shit rubbed in it and was absolutely disgusting. The dining area was the only good thing about this place is the dining room. I wouldn't feed this food to my dog.
