The service here was good and quick. There was indoor seating available though I did carry out two days in a row.We ordered Mojuadara, which I've never had before and it was so delicious. The lentils were seasoned well and we received a hearty portion. It lasted me 3 meals. We got a side of fattoush salad, which was also really good. The next day, we ordered the large fattoush salad, and it was a little too oily and sour compared to the night before. We also ordered the Musaka with onions and this was my least favorite. The eggplant was too oily and the dish was lacking flavor. However the almond rice that came with it was really good. We also got lentil soup that came as a side that was good.We ordered side of cabbage salad and it was similar to the fattoush salad but less sour. Finally, we ordered the chicken shawarma and the shish ta wool sandwiches. They were also good. Overall, the food was good and I'd come back.

BEWARE!!! if they don't recognize your name as a regular when placing a carry out order you get garbage. I ordered a large chicken Batu salad and when I got home and opened it, it was sitting in a 1" soggy mess of liquid, old tomatoes, old lettuce. I don't know if they gave me someone else's food that was thrown away or if it was from the day before, but this was definitely not fresh food. When I called to complain. they told me that I should've asked for dressing on the side. Who gets a carry out with dressing mixed into the salad? And even if they did, I had ordered it 15 minutes before picking it up. It wouldn't have been this soggy. It was not dressing. It was tomatoes and cucumber drippings, not oil.

We used to love this restaurant, but the service has gone downhill. On our last visit we Just left after spending at least15 minutes at the table with only one other table in the entire restaurant occupied, and nobody coming up to offer water or take our order. The sole employee was taking phone orders and walking away to the back all that time.It appears that the business had been sold to new owners. Hopefully they get their act together...

This is a great little Middle Eastern restaurant in West Bloomfield. I frequently get takeout from here. The last time I got the combo for 4 which includes 2 tawook, 2 kabobs, 2 kaftas and 2 chicken kafta, chicken and meat shawarma. It's safe to say it's enough food for a lot more than 4 people - for multiple meals even. It comes with hummus, rice, and salad. The meat is always excellent quality and the hummus is amazing! The staff has been a bit rude from time to time, hence the 4 stars. In terms of dining in, it is decently sized for small and large parties. It is quite easy to work here with a lot right side the restaurant. I do also recommend checking out the bakery next door!

Absolutely delicious! Everything was extremely fresh. We loved the fresh juice. We got the whole boneless chicken and split it and you can choose if you want dark / white meat. It comes with a salad and rice which are both fantastic. We did 1/2 white and 1/2 dark meat. It comes with an amazing lemony sauce. Do not skip on the hummus!! It is my favorite hummus.
