AlJoom's BBQ

Wow! One of the best burgers I have ever had. It has brisket and beef patty on it, very saucy, soft meat and felt very fresh. The service was great. The place is clean, but not a lot of indoor seating. It's halal!

Great people! I found them on TikTok and the food was phenomenal. Highly recommend to any one that enjoys sandwiches and bbq. They even gave my girlfriend and I a free shake!

Other than this place might be a little hard to find, is definitely worth the search. We were greeted by a friendly front counter employee. She was I don't like to talk to as well as very helpful on what to order. I ordered the Aljoom Burger at her suggestion and I was not disappointed. This place is small, but they do have places to eat out back as well as a lunch counter in the front window and along the side. The burger was very tasty, I normally don't like barbecue sauce on a burger but it was very understanding in the flavor of the beef stood out. It was juicy and Delicious, definitely something that I would go back for. The fries on the side were plentiful and they had a unique dusting of barbecue potato chip dust. Just enough to fill my gut for the whole day, I didn't eat dinner after this!

HALAL FAM REJOICE! This place is a GEM. Given my mouth was watering just looking at the BBQ menu, the food that we received did NOT disappoint. We ordered the Brisket Dinner -- @ 12pm on a Friday (beat the after Jummah traffic). Served on a platter, we decided to dine in cause we like it HOT. The brisket dinner contains 1 lb of slow cooked goodness -- 454 g of "get in my belly" & some very popular highly caloric Mac n Cheese. Served w/ a side of that BBQ, it's nothing less than finger licking good. The storefront is small, but you know what? Maybe that's a good thing. I can just imagine this place looking like a butcher shop if it was any larger w/ people placing orders.

Everything is great! Burgers, shakes and some incredible house wings!! Whatever you choose your going to have a flavor explosion in your mouth! Took a long drive to get here because the kids had to try it, and I would make the trip again!

They have terrible customer service. They wouldn't refund my food when it was quite obviously a mistake in my order. If could rate -5 I would!

Aljooms was delicious. We really enjoyed the detroit style hotdog. The brisket was a little dry but still delicious. Highly recommend

My favorite new place to eat while in Dearborn Heights. The brisket was so good, very tender and Smokey. All the meats are halal so that's a plus for me. The BBQ sauce was very good, sweet and Smokey. I went two days in a row because I just loved the food I ordered. I'm from the south and we love our BBQ especially brisket. I ordered the boss sausage and also Detroit Loaded fries, my daughter had the Swiss and Shroom burger with ranch fries.The burger was very juicy and the mushrooms and grilled onions just made it so delicious. They also give you so much meat that that I had it for lunch and dinner. Call your order in because it's not a dine-in restaurantThe Lady Ashley was really nice and sweet.

Amazing food would highly recommend brisket Mac and cheese and brisket pizza!!!! Definitely need another location closer to somerset mall
