This joint can be described in 3 words: Reliable, delicious, and welcoming. When entering the establishment, you are hit by the intoxicating aroma of authentic Italian food. Whatever you get, whether it be pizza or subs or chicken or pasta, you will not be disappointed. Personally speaking, the subs are out of this world, I get them every single time. They are perfect; with crunchy bread, fresh veggies, tasty meat, and great dressing. I eat these subs on my daily lunch break, I cannot recommend them enough.The staff are charming and accommodating. I love the small talk that I find there, which pleasantly fills my afternoon. After your meal, definitely pick up a desert. Maria makes the best cheesecakes! It really completes the experience.I've gone out of my way to review this restaurant, for good reason. The genuine palate pleasing experience is worth it any day of the week. Make sure to give this place a try!

Don't you hate it when someone puts it online as open till 11pm but you show up and it's closed? Okay thanks for wasting my time.

Pizza always solid. Staff is accommodating and fast. We carry out a good deal from here and the pasta is always top notch and plentiful, especially for the low price. Do yourself a favor - They have Maria's Cheesecake there.... Don't leave without trying a slice!

It's fine. Staff look like they hate their lives. Breadsticks are good, but don't come with dipping sauce which I've never seen. Pizza needs more sauce as well.

Tried to come for dine in. Online it lists your dining room is open. Good luck with your restaurant we won't be coming back....shame as we have been buying pizza from your family's other restaurants for years........

I have been going to Alex's for awhile now. When I first started going the food was good. But unfortunately over the last few months The food hasn't been good,or my order has been wrong . The first time it happened I overlooked it, everyone has a bad night. So I decided to try the fish and chips, because the last time I had chicken and it was so dry I had to throw it away. Well the fish and chips were horrible, the fish was old, like it had been cooked and then recooked . The fry's were cold. I hate giving this review, but money is tight these days and when I pay good money and get such a bad meal it makes me angry. I always choose the local businesses over the fast food chains, but I will not be going back to Alex's any time soon , if ever. The staff is always very friendly, but the food is just not good.

Very disappointed with every aspect of this restaurant from the staff right down to the food. We never complain when we go out because we are very easy-going, but when you sit for 35 minutes wondering where your waitress and food are you start to think why are people who came in a half an hour after us being served. We ordered pizza, pizza. Nothing out of the ordinary, pizza and when it came it was cold. Never again. That's it. When Alex ran it things we're good but now not so good.

They have excellent service. Just wish the sit down area was good. A go to spot in wixom, mi for just good food at a fair price.

Stay away from this place it must be going down hill, it is sad when you been around for awhile you forget customer service the rudest person answer the phone, the chicken diner and fries where cold place looks like a dump. First impressions when you walk in will give you an ideal, the not in use restaurant part is storage the glass food cases are empty except for old pizza they are trying to sell. Lack of attention at the front doesn't change in the back either.

I've bought from here before, but this is unreal come on. The cook had to of seen this before he put it in the box, get your crap together or shut down
