Wouldn't get gas here, let alone food. Everything here is WAY overpriced! Including the gas! I guess if you're in a hurry to get back on I-75 it would might be convenient for you, otherwise I would keep driving and find something else that's not so expensive.

I appreciate the selection and variety of up-scale gas station food, the prices at the place are insane. $4.30 for a SMALL bag of ice. Their prices are in general 30% higher than anywhere else, because they are the only place within 5 miles of the expressway, including gas, which is always $.30 more than anywhere else. Skip this place unless you are in a bind.

Compared to their Independence Township location, this location was a big letdown. Their other location has a huge space with coffee and ice cream plus a restaurant. This location has a smaller (but still substantial for the size of the station) hot food area. They had some nice drinks for kids and adults plus an area with their salads, pastas, and sandwiches, but it lacked the magic of their other place. We stopped here because the kids wanted to pick up an ice cream. As mentioned, they did not have the gelato section and their choices were limited. But the kids did manage to find a pint of Hershey's, which is a good brand you would find at an ice cream store, and a fun Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Popsicle which was great since my child is obsessed with the character ice cream novelties right now. On the other hand their gas prices were utter despicable price gauging at its worst. Right now with a gas crisis, they wanted to charge $0.60 cents more than the average price of the moment. It was the absolutely most expensive price I have seen in the entire state of Michigan to date. This is no joke. Luckily we were not desperate to get gas and just got the treats. I will probably just go back to their other location.

A few years back I met the owner of this establishment and was touched by why he named it Alex is. Well if this is the way he shows how he respects his dead son, he needs to reevaluate how he's running this place. The music they play is horrible and offensive with nothing but swearwords, the speaker system is blown so it's just nothing but irritation. The bathrooms are dirty and always wet with water leaking. The prices are beyond gouging both fuel and food water etc. This used to be my go to place will be avoiding it from now on. Enough is enough.

Stale over priced left overs, not sure of the actual age of the food. The pizza appears to have been in the display case long enough to dry it out to cardboard. The prices are super high on not only food but gas as well, save time and money by avoiding this money pit.As this bossiness expands the prices keep climbing and mr customer needs a loan to buy anything in any of the three stores. MIOSHA seriously needs to perform un-announced work place inspections, along with the health department.

Oh boy! This morning was my first time stopping here. What an event! Its a gas station that's for sure, with a full service deli inside. Typical snacks, some grocery items.I looked at some of the reviews before I walked in, and I must admit they do have a ton of craft beers. They also have some of the local craft soft drinks as well. A decent variety of wines and liquors rounds out the offerings. You can also get hot coffee, tea, cappuccino, frappuccino, and probably some other kind of -ccinos. Soft drinks are available back at the fountain by the coffees.Outside were bags and bags of carrots, apples, corn and sugar beets, all ready for feeding the poor starving deer in the wild.A few gasoline pumps and 4 or 5 truck lanes for diesel. Very limited parking for big-rigs.Really, read the other reviews, as they do a much better job than mine in telling the whole story. What a nice place!

Today me and my coworker stoped for our normal gas and snack run for the day card didn't work at the pump so we went inside, the chip on the card has been acting up. cashier asked Erick for help Erick assumed it was our first time coming to his establishment and said they stoped taking are type of card 2 years ago when it was just the day before we had gotten gas no problem at the pump. In addition to his arrogant behavior him not knowing I was with my coworker, he starts to turn it into a running joke around the store to customers And employees. Very un professional and just pathetic we have been going for months and after that display of 1st hand disrespect I will no longer be shoping at any of the alexis. Eric, you are the definition of an arrogant douche.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great staff! Wonderful food and an incredible assortment! Their deep dish meat lover's pizza made by the wonderful Kim is a BLAST! One slice and you will not be hungry for the rest of the day! $6.00 for a slice and a soft drink and you are set for the afternoon! Great food and an assortment to be believed! I work in Grand Blanc and look forward to this place every day! Hope you enjoy it! The prices are great and the food is awesome! Anyone who doesn't care for this incredible site needs to have their head examined! Value, cool and real food for real people!

We've stopped at this location of Alex's before, but it's been awhile. Last night was a huge disappointment. Everything looked good, so we picked up a Greek salad, some hummus with chicken shawarma, and grape leaves. The lettuce underneath all the salad extras was awful. I used my own lettuce and picked off the olives, feta, onions, etc. The dressing was ranch, not exactly a complement to Greek salad! The shawarma was dry & bland. Hoping this was just a one time thing. Regardless, will still visit their White Lake Road location for a sit down meal again.

A great concept as a high end convenience store but incredibly overpriced with 16-18 month old craft beers, vastly declined ready to eat food, and a scale to price said food that doesn't account for weight of package, which is a violation of state law. Can't figure out if careless or shady.
