Awesome place to eat in Detroit! It's like stepping into Mexico upon entering this restaurant. There's art everywhere. Something to look at everywhere you turn. Even the bathrooms are fully decorated. The food was also amazing. I ordered the signature margarita along with a Molcajete to share with the friends I brought. The server said it serves 2 but even between 4, we couldn't finish. We did also eat a ton of chips & salsa And a few other things!Definitely recommend to anyone & everyone to come and visit

I will start off by saying I love Aldana's. I have recommended this restaurant more times than I can count. In recent months, it seems the entire staff has changed and the service has exponentially declined. The food is still very good, although the portions seem smaller than before. Unfortunately due to the service decline, it is unlikely we will go back which breaks my heart.

I've been with my family and friends several times on special occasions. The food is okay, but a little Tex-Mex for my taste. The service is OK, too. What I like most is the ambiance. The restaurant has some beautiful Mexican art pieces that can be purchased. It's nice to see a little piece of Mexico's stunning and colorfulness in the Troy area!

This place was delicious! It felt like an authentic Mexican restaurant in Troy! The service was nice. And the atmosphere wasn't bad at all. It wasn't too loud and the decorations were beautiful. Definitely the authentic feel. The prices on the food were a little pricey, but that's a given for the area as well. But the food was delicious! I ordered the quesadilla birrias lunch portion and it filled me up and was delicious! I would recommend this place and come back here again!

They removed everything vegan from their menu. Not t my favorite Mexican restaurant any longer. Sad to see they have alienating an entire plant based segment.

Came here with friends - new to us place. The decor of the restaurant is cute, the service was decent, and the options on the menu were plentiful. The pricing was very high in my opinion for Mexican food, but maybe I'm spoiled but other places in the metro area. And I thought the chips, salsa and food was just mediocre. It was ok, if I lived close by, but nothing I'd rush back for or recommend driving to as a destination.

Great dinner spot! Came here for a birthday celebration and did not disappoint. The best part is definitely the stunning decor. Everything is from Mexico, and I had a blast looking around at all the beautiful light fixtures. The bathroom tile was also stunning WOW. Got Horchata and the enchiladas dinner. Wonderful presentation and flavorful food. Big portions perfect for lunch the next day. Thanks Aldana!

Good food. Good service. Please be aware that about 4-6 months ago ownership changed hands. Some prices changed. Food is the same. Hours are expanded. But the great happy hour is no more. We've stopped going as much since this represents a significant price increase.

The inside of the restaurant was very nicely decorated, the patio looked nice as well. The margarita was served in a very large glass, it was tasty but I couldn't taste the tequila, it was on the weak side. Once I finished the drink I poured my have glass of water into the glass to see that it filled the margarita glass, with the amount of ice it was very deceiving as to how much liquid was actually in the glass. Chips and salsa were good. They give three different kinds of salsa. A mild, a verde salsa and the third I would just call it a hot sauce based on consistency. Tacos were good, although we had a view of the pass and I saw our table's two orders of taco sitting at the pass for over five minutes while the fajitas that were order be ready. My beans and rice were just warm due to this. Of the tacos I thought the chicken tacos were better than the steak taco. Steak was just small bits of meat. The chicken in the fajitas was the best, had a real tasty smokiness to the chicken. Overall I just found it to be very pricy: $20 for three tacos. $29 for fajitas.

Disappointing. The food wasn't terrible, the bartender was kind however , we waited 20 minutes for Queso and then after an hour we asked the status on our dinner of 4 tacos... Apparently some kind of "online glitch" and our order never made it to the kitchen. The manager came over and asked about the service from the bartender which was a little awkward and she asked if we'd still like our order. Our tacos came quickly. When the bill came we were surprised that no concessions were made for having to wait so long. After I mentioned that and then they took off a whole $5... Our bill was still $77.00. All said and done we arrived at 4:50 and received food at 6:15...
