The food in this place is so flavorful, WE HAVE A WINNER! The meats are seasoned perfectly. I tried the steak, carnitas(pork) and birria. AMAZING I also got the guacamole it is a 10 outta 10!!Salsa is great. I usually tried the rice, but next time for sure. We will be returning

The food here is very tasty and authentic! Every time I come here I am beyond impressed with the portion size, quality of the food, and the price! The staff is extremely friendly and they always make an effort to make sure our order is correct.

Hot & New Adelitas Mexican Cocina corner of Vanhorn and Allen road. Straight outta Sw Detroit based on grandma's receipts from a restaurant open for 2 decades. Welcome to Mexican Town 2.0 number 64 Authentic Mexican restaurant Downriver. Started with Queso Fundidio be Chorizo n Cheese spot on Wonderful . She had a Chunky Beef Mexican Sandwich marvelous. I had my favorite Mexican Breakfast Chilaquiles very good. I had one each Taco's Al Pastor, Campacano n Cabeza da Beef Cheek OMG I so Loved. Two great house made Salsas, the hot my favorite. My only disappointment the prices are 30 plus percent higher than anyone Downriver. Tacos at $3.50 each when 40 places have 2 buck Taco's everyday and $1.50 on Tuesday. Looking forward to another visit soon. This is possibly the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. The service was great and the food was delicious. I took my kids and they loved it. The guacamole was genuinely the best around. We will be back. It's not fancy it's authentic!!!

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had! I'll definitely go back for their tortillas. This is as authentic as it gets. A family run restaurant with real Mexican food.

Very good food! They have not been opened very long so still ironing some stuff out but overall I recommend it and will definitely be bringing my family back. Everyone was very happy.

Loved the food! I went for breakfast for the first time and it was great. They gave me 3 different salsas to try and they were all good. I'm not sure what what the one reviewer was talking about, must be a competitor restaurant. I'll be going back for dinner tonight!*the staff was very polite and helpful.

I really hate to pan a new restaurant, but Adelitas is not very good. The restaurant was not very busy - only one other couple in the restaurant when we came in. When the food was brought to the table, it was not very hot- maybe lukewarm. The waitress was very pleasant, but the food was not. The restaurant is newly opened but the interior leaves a lot of room for improvement too.

I ordered 2 tacos meat and cheese only came home opened the box very little meat with tons of onions and cilantro no cheese ..taco chips were burned the salsa was the green kind no red salsa ...chicken flautas the chicken was unedible was hard as a rock the outer corn shell burnt ...never ever never will go back I want my 30 dollars back
